API and Tina Chiang CPA with me more than 16 years. I used her services since 1998. I like her and saw her growth, intelligence, and her firm well organization. Her services fee is not cheap like most of other CPA firm less than $ 100.00. I like her services and she took care of my tax, financial, and give me good advise for legally preserve and protect my wealth and financial. I will continue to be her client. Highly recommend.

Negative 4 stars for charging me more and more every year for no good reason.
I have been doing taxes with this company for 3 years. I was referred to this company because I was told they maximize your deductions and charge a fair fee. The first year they did just that and I was satisfied. The year after, they charged me $ 150 more than the year before. The third year, they charge me another $ 120 more. My line of work did not change and the workload did not change, so why did the price go up $ 270??? Their excuse? We got you a lot of deductions and saved you money in taxes. Oh, wait, THAT’S YOUR JOB. I wouldn’t be here if you weren’t helping me maximize my deductions. Saving me a dollar on my taxes means I pay you the extra dollar? I DON’T THINK SO. Also, the CPA questioned how and why my income is as high as it is in my given field. Maybe it’s because I work hard and I”m good at what I do. Regardless, its none of their business. You worry about your job, I’ll worry about mine. TIP: Use them once, and never go back unless you want to pay more and more.

Filed taxes in February and waited for my IRS refund. I did not receive a refund after one month. So I checked my refund status online. No such claim. So I notified this place and they said it was denied. They said I had to re-​file my taxes through the mail. So I had to go back and sign the paper work again. I was scheduled to see Mr. Tsung regarding the re-​filing. When I did come to the office and relayed to him, his response was I don’t know what she want’s. With attitude and saying its not their fault that the claim was denied and rambling about why it was denied.
Conclusion: I would have never received my return if I did not follow up on the IRS website.
Con — Paid $ 180 to file taxes with this CPA whom is suppose to know what they are doing. I don’t mind paying more for someone who know’s what they are doing, that is why specialization’s exist. But to pay that much for incompetence is frustrating and disappointing. Waste of time.
