Got ripped off! Tried to feed my kids and they only gave 2 biscuits-I paid for 4, ordered a #3 and only got 1 chicken little! My kids were still hungry because they ripped us off!

I love coming to this place. The morning staff, cashier, is very friendly and helpful. The place is clean and very welcoming. Nice and quiet place to hang out while you enjoy some fried chicken.

Best KFC service I have had in a while. Will definitely come here again in the future with an army of friends. I love chicken and I love outstanding service. I would recommend this place to anyone else who enjoys eating finger lickin’ chicken with friends.

This is a terrible kfc. The 3rd& last time I go there. $ 5 fill up is dreadful, old/dry chicken, hard biscuit and terrible service. Beware folks. Your better off with the mc Donald’s next door

My dad just came back from Taiwan and for some reason was craving for KFC the last 48 hours. Lol. Wtf, right? I was NOT ok with this, but he went anyway and placed three to-go orders of their $ 5 Fill Ups. Of the 5 options, we went with their«Three juicy chicken tenders, larger mashed potatoes, biscuit, medium drink(they didn’t offer my dad any beverages; I took this information off their website so I don’t know if it’s just this location that’s not including beverages with these meals or if it was an employee mistake) and a chocolate chip cookie for just $ 5.» When we got home, all three boxes had just two tenders, not three, but my dad did not want to go back out in the 102-degree weather to deal with the issue. The tenders did not look appetizing so my sister and I started with the chocolate chip cookie, then the mashed potatoes and coleslaw before running to the bathroom with the runs. The bf and my dad somehow managed to finish the inedible tenders — they were too dry and too salty. I gave in to the biscuit — light, fluffy, delicious. Maybe we should go with Unilocaler Isma S. next time for a 5-star KFC experience. Fried apple turnover does sound nice.

Just had a really bad experience here. Came in to order a 16 piece grilled chicken mix and 10 piece hot wing. They are out of grilled and they tell me it will be 10 minutes for leg and thigh, or 20 minutes if I want to wait for breast and wing mix. I settle for the leg and thigh. I end up waiting almost 20 minutes but eh not a big deal. I get back to work and find out they forgot my hot wings. I call them and tell somebody(it sounded like the manager) what happened. He doesn’t say sorry, he doesn’t say come in to store and let us fix it, he just says let me put you on hold. I then hear him in the background taking new orders from other customers. For 6 minutes I’m sitting there like an idiot hungry waiting for this guy while he takes orders. This is what made me angry the most, I can understand forgetting part of the order, everybody makes mistakes. But once I alert you to the the problem you should take it seriously. I get tired of waiting so I drive back to the store, ask for the manager, wait another few minutes for him, then ask them what the deal is putting me on hold so long they just say oh we’re busy right now. Then they hand me my wings and say I put an extra 5 in for you. Really that’s it I drive home and drive back and I get 5 extra wings? No «sorry you had to drive back here?» I didn’t even care about a refund as it was paid with a company card but their lack of customer service to fix the problem really rubbed me the wrong way. After putting up a fuss they ended up giving me the wings for free. Free wings not worth the bad service.

I don’t know why the ratings for this KFC is so low! This is the nearest one to us and we come here to get the apple turnover! It’s not baked(booooring!), it’s FRIED and crunchaaaaayyy! Haha! Just like the ones I’m used to from Singapore. 2 for $ 1.19. When we do order chicken, we like the Original. The service is usually fast. The staffs are friendly and the drive tru line is not usually long. I think they know I’m local and I’m nice!

Cheap and fast, not the greatest quality, but you get what you pay for. I haven’t been to kfc in years, but the new snack cups look like a good idea. $ 3 got me a couple chicken strips and wedges. Again, the chicken was not fresh and tasted like it’s been under a heat lamp all day. I probably won’t come back and just get nuggets at McDonald’s next time.

Horrible service. First time I went, they baked the biscuits for so long, it was like biting a golf ball. The second time I went, they completely forgot my order, but stupid me, I waited there for 20 minutes thinking they weren’t that horrible.

The person taking my order can’t count. I ordered a three piece meal and when I got home and open the box, the guy that pack my simple order put only two pieces of chicken in the box. You say it happens, well wait until it happens to you, a little mistake intentional or unintentional will aggravate you the customer. To KFC owner /manager on Colima next McDonald’s train your workers to concentrate and focus and get the customer’s orders perfect and correct. The word is out in the neighborhood about your KFC, you need to fix your problems.

A waste of time. I had a coupon for BOGO2 pc meal and they didn’t ask what sides I wanted. When I asked if I could choose my sides she said only on the meal you’re buying. It doesn’t say that anywhere on the coupon … When I got to drive through window nobody attended me for about 2 minutes. I just left.

Ate here a few times as I was tired from work and too lazy to cook. Now, let me say that it’s not just THISKFC, but I feel that ALLKFC has gone downhill. The quality and taste of the fried chicken is not as good as I remember it to be when I was younger… and prices are much higher too. This particular KFC is just okay. It’s a very small location but big enough to sit and eat here, although I’ve always ordered to-go and just ate at home instead. I’ve never seen it crowded though, even on weekends. The workers here are overall nice… but I think some lack the brain power over others. For example, one time I came in for a promo they were running… I just brought the ad so it would be easier to show them. There was also another customer that came in for the same promo. The cashier girl did not know who to input the promo AND took the ad with the coupons in the back. I explained to her it wasn’t a coupon, but a promo running for a limited time so I did not understand why she needed to take the WHOLE ad. She just kept saying she needed the ad for the promo… I didn’t argue as I figured I wouldn’t be coming here enough anyways… BUT I’d like to know that I could use my coupons if I wanted to! She took the other customers ad also. The other customer got his food first and mine came out after. Since I pointed it out to her, she asked her manager if she needed to take the ad for a promo and the manager told her no because it was a promo and not a coupon! She gave me back my ad. I thought it was common sense… but I guess not. Anyways, as far as the food here. It’s okay. I go here because it’s close but I would much rather prefer going to Popeye’s as I feel their chicken is much better. The crispy here isn’t as crispy as it should be… and original is too soggy. The mashed potatoes lack flavor… but the biscuits are pretty good and standard. I’ve tried the grill chicken before and I just didn’t like it. I’ve never received anything undercooked though, as some other Unilocalers have said. Food has always come out pretty fast for me… probably because it’s never packed… I don’t come here regularly… but at rare times when I’m hungry and tired, I’ll come and get a quick meal. Afterall, fried chicken is comfort food! … but if I’m up for it, I’d rather go to Popeye’s!

This place is near my work place so we have ordered from here in the past a few times. Our order consist of enough food to feed a very hungry staff of 7 people. What our food order consist of: * mashed potatoes with a side of gravy * sweet corn * steamed veggies * biscuits(at times warm, at times cold and a bit hard) * potato wedges * cole slaw * wedge fries(usually too salty and very oily) and of course their chicken! The chicken has always been pretty good, not overly battered and not too oily. We found that the grilled chicken usually is a tad bit drier so I always found myself drowning it in gravy(not very healthy, I know!) so since then we have stuck to the crispy original recipe. We all tend to want the chicken legs so since we’ve ordered from here often enough, the workers have been nice enough to provide us with more legs rather than thighs.

CHEESYBACONBOWL Mashed potatoes, gravy, sweet corn, popcorn chicken, 3 shredded cheeses and BACON. I woulda been happy with a bowl full of straight up bacon and cheese… Instead I got this super salty mix of ridiculousness and a shmattering of sorry bacon bits. BUT… On the plus side… I wasn’t hungry for about 2 days after I ate this monstrosity.

My favorite and the only item I order at KFC are the KFC hot wings; the non-sauced fried spicy wings. I’ve given this location a few tries but they always seem to be giving me too many old wings. I usually order 20 pieces, and sometimes nearly half of them are old, hard, almost inedible pieces; the meat would be so hard and tough that I couldn’t chew them. Now, I’ve encountered this problem at other places, but not to this degree. One time I even told them I got a lot of bad pieces last time and asked for fresh ones. When I brought it back home, I still had a bunch of bad pieces! I’m starting to think I should perhaps order fewer than 20 pieces to avoid this problem. However, I don’t think I’ll be going back for another attempt. I’d rather go to the one on Harbor in La Habra; they’re better.
