I lost the tip of my heel as I was leaving for lunch and the other as I walked up to the PH Mall. Within minutes, John has me back in commission with minutes! Thank you!

This man is very racist i walked in and ask him about doing a boot repair and the first thing he said was aren’t you going to ask to ask how much I am going to charge you i was done then I would not care how good his work is he is a racist judge me first.

Love the quality work this place does. They have another location in Beverly Hills. I had the following items brought in:
my prada bag for strap repair = awesome job and great price. Cant tell it was stitched up.
Ferragamo straw flat for resurfacing the sole = amazing job! They even replaced my heel
Leather flat with scuff heel = shoes came back looking like new!
Bottom line is the price worth it for bringing you beloved shoes and bags back to nearly new condition.

Fantastic Work, I took a pair of black dress shoes in to be shined. What I got back was practically a new pair of shoes. They did outstanding work, more than what you would get from an average shine. They even did some repair work to the soles… I couldn’t believe it. They offer very quick turn around time. I would definitely recommend them to anyone in need of shoe care.

Came in about a month and a half ago to get an ankle boot repaired. The bottom of the shoe had come undone making a sort of flap (it just needed to be glued back). When I walked in, the man at the counter was sleeping. I coughed to get his attention and he quickly woke up to help me. He charged $ 12 to repair, kinda pricey to glue one shoe back but I went ahead anyway. It took a 5 days for repair which seems long for this service. Not even a full month later, the shoe came back undone & looks exactly the same as when I brought it in.
Definitely looking for a new local shoe repair shop to get it fixed this time.

John was amazing took care of me I reccommend this place to anyone very down to earth guy and inexpensive prices saved me for my interview thank you john

John did a shoe stretch for me and the service was totally bad and didn’t help with anything! The shoe still not stretched the way I wanted! Sucks!

As a dragqueen who is always busy and on the go, I sometimes get things done VERY last minute. I have a thigh high heel and the slider on the zipper was ALL screwed up. I went in today (5÷25÷14) and he got it replaced for me WITH THE QUICKNESS!!! This place was the only place that I could find even remotly close to my area (Riverside) that was open on a Sunday AND ontop of that, it didn’t cost me an arm and a leg and great quality! I recommend this to anyone who is out in that area or trying to get their shoes fixed on a Sunday…

I came in expecting him only to inspect the shoe first and give me a price quote but he looked at it and fixed the heel tip of my Cathy Jeans dress sandals in less than 10 minutes. It was very inexpensive too and I was able to use it the next day! I would definitely recommend coming to him to fix your shoes. ^_^

I came into work this morning and in the middle of a conference call noticed that the heel of my shoe had completely fallen off. I got instantly nervous because I have an important meeting this afternoon and i couldn’t walk! I didn’t have time to go shopping for a new pair of shoes, so I called Miracle Instant Shoe Repair.
I drove over there on my lunch break. The store was able to fix my shoe by replacing the screw in 20 minutes! He charged me a really fair price (and I’m pretty cheap!). I’m very happy and would definitely go back!

I went to Miracle couple weeks ago was about to threw my Miu Miu bag away. So I thought maybe they can do something about it. The owner John told me is easy to make it brand new again. Boy was he right!!! 5 stars… The bag looks as if I just got it in the Miu Miu store.

I picked up two pairs of army style boots that needed to be resoled. The owner called me after I dropped them off to verify the kind of soles I wanted and to give me a pickup time. Both pairs have thick vibram soles and look better than they did brand new!!! I could not be more pleased!

First off, Miracle Shoe Repair does fix your shoes. I really appreciate the service there and it was so great seeing a hopeless broken shoe be wearable as its original.
However, the downside was that the process took an entire week, and the quality of the new shoe was just ok. I did not get a phone call about it being done. I had one of my boots break its zipper, and the entire zipper had to be replaced. That meant taking out the stitching and have the new zipper be stitched in again. The new stitches were all over the place. It is really not a big deal (from far away it’s difficult to tell), but if you take an entire week to fix a single boot, and the stitches are not like it’s original, I wouldn’t want to pay $ 25 for it.

i wore the resoled shoes ONCE and one of the soles came off. w t f~! so annoyed considering i forked over $ 40 to get these fixed. i thought about going back to let him know — maybe he would fix them again, but i’m hesitant. i have to think about it some more, and who knows if he will even fix them for me. for now, im revising my review and giving him a ¹⁄₅ stars.

it all started with a pair of heels i bought nearly 8 years ago. after 8 years the soles were falling apart, but i couldnt bear to let them go. miracle shoe repair resoled the bottom for about $ 40. new life to some very old shoes. im a happy camper, though the price was a bit steep imo.
would i come again? maybe.

John is rude and grumpy, but his work is okay. I’ve had 2 pairs of boots, a laptop case strap, sandals, and a belt repaired here. Each time I go, he tells me how much time it will take for him to fix the item because he needs to do extra stitching, clean up the part, etc. He seems neither honest nor happy. I only go here bc I haven’t yet found another alternative. If you can find someone else, don’t come here to get yelled at by John.

Great price for shoe work (I have yet to have work done on my purses/​belts/​leather or suede jackets).
My dress shoes that I wear daily have lasted over 3 years because I bring them in yearly to get re-​soled. Cheaper and easier than buying a new pair.
Thank goodness I live near this place.

I recently had a pair of my Jordan sneakers repaired at this place. It was a very basic regluing of the soles back to the mid-​soles. They glued it very sloppy.
The owner isn’t very personable, he became irrate and started cursing at me on the phone. He refused a refund, This is not a good place to get your shoes repaired. I paid 33 dollars and change for a destroyed shoe.
