«Rather than own up and take an ethical stance, accept, and pay for her own failing. It’s easier to blame the Seller?» This is really sad. If you had actually read my review rather than trying to play the martyr, you would have seen that I took full responsibility(and I was prepared to pay the fees until you banned me). I did not leave my review to place blame anywhere. My point in posting was simply to show that you have terrible customer service skills — which, by the way, you helped further prove by admitting you would rather ban people than have an email exchange with them.

Even though the East LA Auction Company’s hours are listed, they are not an actual store — it seems like someone rented a warehouse and are selling all their leftover junk collected from various garage and estate sales. I dropped by during their listed hours but they were closed, and I had to call the number and leave a voicemail. Someone did get back to me after 20+ minutes and they offered to come by and open up the warehouse. However, I would say 99% of the items here are not even worth $ 1… I saw lots of old landline phone cables, rusty jewelry, used pipes, very old used clothing, dusty decorations, etc. Not worth your time, IMHO.
