My husband is hugging our new water heater as I type this!!! Bill was amazing. He helped us over the phone yesterday to help contain the leaking with his great advice. When installing today he was prompt, friendly and knowledgable. Excellent job!

ATR plumbing was recommended by a local plumbing supply store. When I made the call to inquire about a clogged line, Theresa was very helpful — asking questions so she knew what the plumber would need, and very kind. Their response was sooner than I expected. I believe the plumber was John, and was also polite, knew how to fix the issue, and put down protection to avoid leaving a mess.
