99 Cents Only Store

Customer service wasn’t all that. She told me exactly where to find what I was looking for. Her tone wasn’t welcoming, and I don’t plan on going back. It honestly seems like they’re really just there because they were scheduled to lol. I won’t be stepping foot back into this place. I’ve come to the conclusion just a couple days after moving to this area I won’t be shopping here at all.

Crapola! I just forgot the name of the cashier that helped me today. Crap! Black lady with jet black hair in big curls with a headband on.
Anyway, she is the fastest, most efficient checker I have EVER seen in my LIFE. She cleared an entire line (on the first of the month no less). She is amazing. So I commented to another employee who told me that she also is very helpful and kind.
Talk about overqualified for your job!!! Make this chick a manager.

After experiencing a number of 99 Only stores here in Los Angeles, I have come to the conclusion that you can’t assume how organized each store will be by location «necessarily». I mention that because this 99 Only is in a location that I would not normally shop let alone get out of my car.
The staff (at least the one I talked to) was very polite and knowledgeable. The store was very organized although a bit smaller than some other 99 only’s I have been to lately.
When it comes to 99 Only, I will start by rating them low and go up from there. So for me, this location gets a high score of three stars. I will also rate the price range a bit different because it seems no matter what, I’m going to spend over $ 30 for a few items.
