I like this AT&T Really GOOD Services, Professional customer service, Takes No time when not crowded. You can get in and out. Pay your bill or whatever you need to do.

Tracey W. Helped me and hands down the best customer service I received from a sales person with any company like AT&T. Tracey really when the extra mile in helping me activate and get my bosses phone sorted out. Customer service sometimes seem to be a lost art but I couldn’t be happier with my experience at this AT&T store.

I went in here just to pay my bill. The pay machine didn’t work so I had to wait to be serviced. Mind you I am paying on a phone i do not have. I have broke 2 phones so neither one is working and assurion insurance cancelled me until 8 – 2015 due to I’ve dropped 2 phones within a year. 1st one last August 2013 and now July 2014. I wa still under contract until end of August so I dropped my plan down to the minimum I can pay. They so. dog on expensive.
Anywho, the young African America gentleman was really trying to help me but I was on a time limit. But, I will go back to see what they offer a customer who has been with them since 1998 when they were Cingular, before I jump on a new band wagon.

This place sucks! How in the world can they not connect my phone because they dnt know how to connect the media! Secondly how do they not have SIM cards… to top it off I had to make a drive all the way to manhattan beach to another store to get a SIM card! I cant wait to cancel AT&T!!!

I should have known there were going to be problems when my iPhone map kept directing me in the opposite way from this place. They when I phoned to ask about identifying places nearby, instead of pointing out the giant Costco, they pick a tiny Taco Bell. When we get there, there was no greeting upon entry. When i finally got a young woman to acknowledge that we were there, she informed us that they only had smartphones. She claimed every thing else was back ordered. Really? She then offered a prepaid phone (gee, fees much?). Needless to say, we left and won’t return. Zero stars.

I ordered U-​Verse from this AT&T Store and I must say they went above and beyond to help me. Their sales staff is very friendly and I was glad I stopped by here. Additionally, i was unaware of the rebates they had available, and they helped me apply for those as well. The knowledgeable reps will pair you up with the service that YOU are looking for, not push you to the one they want you to get. Great job!
