Horrible customer service. Over the phone, I was hung up on. In person, my two questions about the used RAM I was buying was answered rudely. I do not like the owner, I do not trust the owner, and I will never be returning.

The ONLY place I take my computers to! fast and great service! they give you honest diagnostics and seriously have the best prices! I don’t mess with frys or best buy since I found them. I get all my electronic needs and computer parts from here. Will never go anywhere else!

From speaking with Claudia during my information visit on 9÷5÷13, to a subsequent call with a tech and finally in my repair dealings (9⁄9 — 9÷11÷2013 with Tech Extraordinaire Luis, C & R Electronics was Fantastic!
In by10:00 am on 9÷9÷13 and my computer was diagnosed, by end of day – As Promised. (The issues and best options were explained to me in plain English – Not Tech Talk.) I opted for a High-​Quality, Reasonably-​Priced Replacement Option. They scanned and transferred all data from my old hard drive and my new computer was ready, as promised on 9÷10÷13.
With all of the Staples, Best Buys, Fry’s and Office Depot options, this long-​time, Family-​Owned Electronics shop is a Gem in the community – Make a special trip for great service with your electronic needs. WELL DONE!
