The address to this place is wrong. If you’re having trouble finding her look up taco dollar, it’s food truck located in same parking lot. It’s on inglewood in between Lenox and 104. Great churros!

The churros were not what I expected. The name of the business and the reviews really made it sound great, but I’ve had better churros at an amusement park! These churros were midiocre at best. For a $ 1 price tag for a bag of 3 churros you get what you pay for. The food was kind of a let down.

Churros were delicious and you get 5 for $ 1 i believe made to order. Only suggestion would be to have something to drain the oil instead of dumping them in the sugar right out the fryer because when you bite into them you get a mouth full of grease i drained one for my 1.5 year old she loved it. I also like how the woman was friendly and really friendly when she seen my daughter speaks spanish haha she seemed to be impressed. I bought another bag before i left to take home.

My kids, my friends, and I have been coming to her for years! Nothing better than a fresh, hot churro. She offers other things like fried plantains but I haven’t tried anything except the churros. Miss Churro Goddess is right next to the $ 1 taco truck, they occupy a empty parking lot. I think they work together.

Honestly, best churros I’ve had in a while! Freshly made in front of you. Crispy on the outside, soft on the inside! Best $ 1 you’ll spend on 4 churros. Def must try!

When in the hood it’s a must to stop by the Churro Goddess. These churros are as authentic as it gets. Warm, sugary, and oh so delicious!

She just doesn’t play. That’s about all that can be said. The churros are fresh made in front of you. The cauldron of boning oil is there a mere inches away from YOURFACE! Boom! $ 1 get you four sugared churros in a wax bag to take on the drive home after you munch on some tacos at Taco Dollar. The churros used to be heavily sugared but now they take it easy on the sugar as a service to the Latino community and our perpencity for high cholesterol and blood sugar levels. The lady Goddess also sells fruit cups, fried plátano, papitas and all sorts of other traditional Mexican goodies. Her little set up is located inside the parking lot of Taco Dollar… she is set up right next to the boot legged DVD/CD guy. So basically, come here for the typical date night with your girl; get some dinner(tacos, tortas, burritos or mulitas), then get yourself a new movie to watch at home while you eat, and last, get yourself a little dessert to treat yourself. I don’t get paid for this dating advice folks, I just give it.

I finally made it! Absolutely delicious! These churros are as close as it gets to the authentic taste that I grew up with so I shed a little tear lol. It’s not that easy to get into the parking lot, especially on the weekends and I wouldn’t recommend the lady Unilocalers to go alone… It’s not the safest part of town.

This place was quite an experience that I will never forget. I haven’t been to *real* Mexico except for the touristy areas, but I would imagine if I had the local experience, it would be similar to what I had experience here. We had $ 1 tacos, 4/$ 1 fresh churros, and 3/$ 10 bootleg DVDs in a very sketchy parking lot which had a rent-a-cop directing traffic with a fully loaded gun. While taking in our meal, huge airplanes were flying above our heads, and oddly enough, the experience was sort of exhilarating. We were eating with a bunch of locals on a bench, most of whom did not speak English and we were pretty content. Well, that was right before I noticed one of the guys slanging some dope… and while i didn’t see anything directly, I am sure there was some exchange of cash for goods. Something tells me it wasn’t pirated DVDs either. Eh, so much for being adventurists. Oh, btw, those churros were the best churros I have had in my life. Crunchy and crispy on the outside and chewy on the inside. Wow! I may have to risk my life in the hood again for some. Yes, that’s how good those babies were.

Whaaaaatt?! The churro lady that sits in between the Taco Dollar Truck(see my review) and bootleg DVD dude has a Unilocal page and someone dubbed her the Churro Goddess! Apparently I’m not the only one enamored with her churro making skills. These are probably some of the best churros you’ll find in LA and at four for a dollar they are a steal! The churros are made in small batches. The churro lady generally presses em fresh to order, but don’t be too disappointed if you are given a bag of churros that have been sitting there because they are still delicious. I’ve never been bummed by any bag of churros that the churro lady has ever handed me. I don’t know how she does it but her churros are the lightest airiest churros I’ve ever eaten. Their delicate nature has caused all those who have sampled her churros to fall in love. She certainly has every right to be dubbed the Churro Goddess.

Was really craving platano frito with cajeta and fresa so I thought this place would hit the spot but it failed miserably. I ordered 4bags of churros and two platanos so you would think they’d make them fresh so I’d come back happy to spend more money but nope — platanos were hard and cold and churros lacked sugar and cinnamon. Customer service also sucked; not even a smile. I’ll try this place one more time hoping it was their off night but I won’t get my hopes up as high.

I heart this place. First of all, you get 4 churros for one flipping buck! These aren’t just any churros that have been sitting under a heat lamp. These puppies are fried to order. Crisp on the outside, soft/airy inside, sugar, cinnamon. It’s all there. These may not be the biggest churros around but what it lacks in size, it makes up for in flavor. I love everything about this place. The set up makes me feel like I’m in Mexico. You’ve got taco trucks along the road with music blasting. Then you got the Churro guru frying up these cinammony sugary pieces of heaven. He doesn’t speak a whole lot of English but all you need to do is point at the fryer and tell him how many orders you want by sticking up your fingers. In addition to churros, they offer fresh fruit and fried Plaintains. If you have trouble finding Churro Goddess, they are behind one of the dollar taco trucks. You can get lunch and dessert in one spot with just $ 2 and it’s all tasty.

The only reason why I hold back this star is because I have tasted the world’s most delicious churros in Mexico, that is all. Now to lay down the red carpet for this new rising star in sweet goodness. 4 freaking churros for a dollar, are you kidding me?! Please take my money. I don’t think they were fast enough to catch up with me the night I came to this humble little spot. I was heading to dollar taco to explore the legend of the cucumber salad when I stumbled on this awesome place. It seems to be run by a family, I don’t know where the name came from, if you hit the lot in Inglewood Ave you will spot the taco truck and next to it this small little stand. They make the churros right in front of you, light and airy, yes deep fried but not greasy, they let them bask in their deliciousness dripping the grease as they get ready to roll in the cinnamon mix. They then put them in a white bag and place them in the container ready to be sacrificed to the customers awaiting the offering to the god’s of taste. I had two whole bags, which explains why I am now getting my ass kicked by a PT at the gym, oh well, it was so worth it and any time I venture into Inglewood I will swing by to sin again.
