Customer service was so fucked up in this store I opened up a account with them at the fox hills location and got earrings that I didn’t really like so I went to the inglewood location to exchange that merchandise bc they have stuff like I perfer to have. Well when I went to that location with the earrings, I entered the location and there was only one person in the front who was on the phone who didn’t even acknowledge me until like 7 min of being in the store. Finally he said to me that someone would be with me shortly. After about a few more min a girl came out and asked me, «How she help me». I let her know I wanna exchange this item for something else. She then took my information and called my original store where I opened the account and confirmed with them my info for about ten more min. Only to come back and tell me she can’t return my item I have to go back to the original store. I was pissed bc I didn’t have time to go to the other store and was trying to meet the time requirements according to there policy. I then asked to speak to the manager only to find out that the mf that was on the phone when I walked in was the manager, he had me waiting for 7 min before he said something so I got even more heated! I went off! I said wtf was the difference this is the same damn corporation just different branch and the policy you guys have is fucked up. I’ve have worked for corporations most jobs I had, and as long as the merchandise belongs to that name you should take the merchandise especially since you’ll have time requirements! There was nothing he could do bc that’s the rule and I then said when was you going to let me know about these secret ass rules you have?! Once it was too late! I then went on to tell him that he didn’t acknowledge me bc he was on the fn phone having a got damn conversation and didn’t acknowledge me at all and his customer service is fucked up! I said, «it sounded like you was on a personal conversation bc whoever he was talking to he was lightweight sexplaying them!» He said he was on the phone with his boss so I said do you fuck your boss or something bc I was the fn customer in the damn store so I could hear his conversation and ignored a live customer! Regardless, I let him know his customer service is fucked up and the company’s rule are even more fucked up! I left out of that store and was thinking that I’m not fn with store, there going to take this merchandise and there going to close my account and I’m not doing business with a store like this. Im s paying customer with credit account and Daniels rules are fucked up on some old time bullshit and they need to find some new rules! I finally went to the other store and returned the earring altho they didn’t want too. Really I left the shit on the counter bc she was acting like she didn’t care about my situation after I explained it to her. I left the merchandise on the counter and the receipt and told her ass to close my account bc I don’t want anything to do with this store! Now Daniels has sent me $ 140 worth or coupons calling me a cup member to get me back I’m good now. You should treat your customers right from the beginning bc after that fucked yo experience there is nothing they can do unless they give me a whole free item less then $ 500 to get me to come back. I recommend somewhere like shit a pawn shop! Daniels is full of shit! Giving me the run around like I got that kind of time to be running around to these different store!

When everyone else deny me credit this place approved me! It’s really hard to get approved for credit when you’ve never had credit before and this place definitely helps you build a good credit score. Oscar was the one that help me open my account really friendly guy, with a sincere smile. He answer all my questions and how the process of the application works and how much credit I would get approve for. Everyone in that store is extremely friendly everyone always welcomes you with a smile. Yes they do call you to let u know about sales they might have in my opinion thats awesome specially for Christmas or valentines day this place always reminds me when to buy my partner something nice. They also send u coupons which come in handy, they send u a $ 60 when u spend $ 100 or more, so u only spend $ 40, they also have the buy an item for $ 50 or more and get a free bracelet work perfect for me. Is like two gifts in one, one for you’re love one and the other for a friend. I do recommend you ask for Michelle shes the friendliest of them all, she will work with you when you have little down payment or none, i don’t know how she does it but she makes it happen. This place overall is great and I definitely recommend it!

Horrible place. They lure you in with a free gift pressure you into doing an application to get approved saying nothing negative will happen. Now that I Want to refinance my car it shows open line of credit which I need to close out which will then negatively affect my credit score! These people will also bombard you with spam calls !! Stay away!
