Do not use the after water damage company«Dry Down». The most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with. Not only did I have to fight to get a receipt for over $ 2100 they collected for our insurance deductible(which the insurance company said they should not have done) but we also did not receive a bill from service in May until October! We paid it immediately and then receive a notice that a collection agency had been notified! Stay far away from this company!

I had a slab leak on my house in between my downstairs bathroom and the play room. Do not use this company! First of all they purposely didnt come out to my house until after business hours so they could charge emergency service fees.(First strike). Then, once they were here they began with tearing out my bathroom. Mind you, because the carpet was ruined, before they even came out, I ripped out the carpet myself. But they listed that as an expense that i have to pay for.(Strike 2). But the ultimate kicker is they set up their equipment in my house(which continously blew the breakers in my entire house) AND all of this was performed BEFORE the leak was fixed! So the equipment was here for 5 or 6 days which they charged me for even though i never even ran their equipment due to the breakers being tripped. And they charged me for equipment breakdown when i was the one put all their equipment in a neat little pile so all they had to do was carry it out to the truck and they charged me for that too! Total amount they are claiming: $ 3900! Dont use this company unless you want to be ripped off!

Horrible company! Do not use them! They over charge and leave the equipment longer than needed to charge you more! I had to call 3 days in a row for them to come pick it up! Highly not recommend

Where do I begin? Well I could start with a pipe busting in my wall and feeling like my walls in my new house that I had moved into less than a year ago were now falling down. Oh wait… they WERE falling down because they were all wet! I am a new home owner and this was the scariest thing I’ve had to endure so far and I hear it can happen again:(Well, all i can say is I had an amazing company to my rescue within minutes of my plumber leaving and fixing the pipe. Dry Down arrived in professional attire with a heart of gold. Edwin Portillo arrived to my home to greet me while I was literally still crying and he remained cool, calm and collected as well as comforting. I was scared and had no idea what to do next. He walked me through everything and literally waited while I fumbled around finding the information he needed. Never once did he seem annoyed or in a hurry and kept saying that he was there to help as long as it took. He then came back the following day to place all of the equipment needed for the job after doing the proper testing. He again arrived this time with help all dressed professionally and went to work. They made sure to cover all of my belongings and when they were finished he and his team cleaned up. He gave me his cell phone number so I could reach him with any questions or concerns along the way. I am truly grateful for the amazing customer service and professionalism this company provided. This is a scary experience for any homeowner and it’s good to know someone is there to guide you through it when you may not be thinking clearly. I would recommend this company to anyone in need although I wouldn’t wish this kind of problem on anyone! Pipes burst and at least you can call someone you can trust.
