If you are looking for herbal medicine, they may have a thing goin here. N-​E who. I was having «going» problems, I had tried miralax, among other various laxatives, and not any of them provided me with the relief I was looking for. So I was looking for a herbal alternative, and I found it I went to Holistic Helth Service (HHS) and I got the I-​C-​F #1 and it worked like a charm within the next day I was goin like a champ! I know, TMI, but I”m givin you the facts. The only down side is it is $ 75 for a consultation. I say it is a downside because if you know what’s wrong with you, just get the product that is for that specific ailment, because nothing is taylor made. I. E I paid $ 100 for a consultation and an iris reading, and I came out with the same information going in. I could have saved that 100 knowing that I have digestive issues and just asked for someting to aid digestive issues and then I would have got the ICF #1 for $ 11 and bounced. Basicaly the Consultation was a waste of my money and time, but if you got trouble goin, that ICF#1 is it!
