I thought this restaurant serves authentic and good Salvadorian food though I am not an expert of Salvadorian food. Service: Other postings mention insufficient service from the waiting staffs, but I thought waitresses were quite nice and helpful. Food: I had #2 plate consisted of beef, chorizo, crema, queso, avogado and some rice along with tortillas. It was quite tasty. I enjoyed this variety of food. Pupusa was just average, but it was not bad. Atmosphere: Football game and soccer game were on the TV. People were watching games, and it had a good vibe in the room. Noise level was a bit higher and it could be, but it doesn’t mean the noise is uncomfortable level. Access: Close to I-405 and LAX. I would say it is conveniently located. I would come back to this restaurant to try other dishes.

Great food but the customer service is horrible. Waiter was rude didn’t speak or smile. Worst customer service I’ve ever encountered.

Walked in here accidentally I was trying to go to Chentes but walked in here thinking it was the entries and didn’t notice half we into waiting for our order that we were in a Salvi restaurant and wasn’t Chentes ahaha! Honestly the food was pretty good go under 10 bucks I got an order of Tostada Mixtas which comes with 2 tostadas and an horchata ! For what it was it was pretty perfect ! Recommend it to those who like Salvadorian food.

This review is strictly on the pupusas they sell here. I was told to try this place by a good friend of mine who knows where to find the best pupusas. We work at lax so after work I really wanted to avoid cooking. I planned on pick up take out food, and just catch a movie with my boyfriend and enjoy the chill evening. So I stopped by, ordered some cheese pupusas and some mixed pupusas as well. The pupusas were definitely worth the price I paid for them. They were stuffed perfectly with the ingredients and were nice and toasty on the outside. The texture was just right and wasn’t overly packed with dough like some pupusas tend to be. The wait time on my order was about 30 minutes I did call in ahead of time to order though. I’m positive I’ll be back soon for some more pupusas from this location for sure!

The food was absolutely delicious! Very authentic. It was karaōke night so the music was way too loud, but other than that the place was clean and I will definitely go back.

The ensalada drink was bomb! I want more! My over all meal was good I can’t tell if it was the pupusas or the curtido or tomato salsa was under seasoned. I felt like I needed salt. There IS a sign posted on the mirror a small sign that says u gotta wait like 25 – 35 minutes for your order lol my food came is about 20 minutes. It was OK. Waitress was a little rude but whatever. I’m having a good day!

I’m doing 2 stars because I feel like the service was off or something. We waited an hour for our food(we ordered 4 pupusas and a side order of fries thinking we could get the fries to hold us over till the food was ready) and my partner was beginning to get impatient because we didn’t get any acknowledgement from the wait staff after our order was placed. Of course right when we were just going to get up and leave the food shows up around the corner. We asked the server if they could at least comp our drinks for the long wait and she just said«sorry we’re busy» even though the restaurant had only 2 other guests dining in. I felt bad for mentioning in it and I’ve never had to complain at a restaurant before but felt it was justified. The pupusas were tasty, however the fries we got were a greasy mess.

I have been to many many many Salvadorian restaurants and this is it! Great taste, resenable prices. their bread it’s delicious. I always order my food over the phone and it’s never a disappointment, I just give them enough time to make my delicious food and… done deal

A co-worker took me here recently and I’ve already made it a point to return. This is an El Salvadorean restaurant so you will notice some differences from the usual Mexican fare. I’ve had breakfast dishes both times so that is a limitation on this review. Here’s what got me though. The breakfast plates come with a generous dollop of very thick sour cream, a wedge of cheese and 2 fresh hand made pancake like tortillas. The don’t really have any good salsas, which i missed a little bit but the Tapatio went pretty well with it all. The wait staff was nice. I look forward to coming back.

The Good: The pupusas are good for their price and size. I recommend their pupusas made from rice, not corn, especially if you ask to get them slightly toasted! Their«revueltas»(mix pupusas) are delicious! Their service is okay, but do the waitresses really have to wear shorts and heels? The Bad: The loud music played hear makes it almost. Impossible to say one’s orde to the waitress. It is uncomfortable and irritating because they have the volume really high and their karaōke nights kill my good vibes! Get the pupusas to go!

I have been coming here for a few years great pupusas. Recommend all of them. The mixto plates are great as well. I would go ahead and say some of the best pupusas in the area.

I went here last night it was great loud music n karaōke! I ordered the carne guisada which is beef stew with rice bean paste and lettuce tomato on the plate. Also ordered a side of French fries. One of the best salvadorean meals I ever had. I’m not sure if this is the correct address but it is off W. Century Blvd 455 W. Florence Los Angeles, California 90003
