Honestly the staff & drs here do an amazing job at making you smile.
I knew I needed a root canal and had put it off for months, because let’s be honest-​who enjoys getting that done. It’s not exactly a trip to Disneyland. I called in with a severe pain emergency, the girl who helped me over the phone (I wish I would of gotten her name) was the sweetest & even gave me a few tips on how to get some temporary relief from my molar pain. Advised me to try as a walk in early the next morning, which I did. I wasn’t able to get in, however being that Daniela (front staff) is so amazing she got me in the next day for a consult. They did get me started with paperwork, and X-​rays while I tried as a walk in. Tip: I decided to make an appointment as oppose to continue waiting because as someone that works front desk in the medical field, I know how the wait time is when all the appointments show up. I showed up the next day to my appointment, staff was amazing again as well. There was a bit of a wait to see the dr but I didn’t mind (and you shouldn’t either-it’s a medical facility, there will always be a wait time) Dr came in and was very detailed with everything, and the root canal was done the same day. It was honestly way less painful than I expected. All these horror stories I had heard were irrelevant after my procedure. I had no swelling and no pain the days after the procedure. The lady’s from billing and financing are very helpful and extremely nice (once again wish I would of gotten their name) they answered and explained all my questions. What I loved about this place was that they don’t try to push other procedures on you like another places. They focus on the issue you are going for and that issue only. I honestly had the best experience here and will continue all my dental work with them.
