This jack In the box is terrible, I went for a spicy chicken sandwich I told them no mayo when I got my food they were so rude when I told them they had put mayo they just scraped it off and gave it back sloppy and soggy I even was under the impression they spit In it I then was completely threw off at the time I was pregnant so I flipped out and told them to give me my money back they had the nastiest attitude and made me wait for like 25 minutes to give me my money back they get no stars if it was left up to me !

i don’t actually eat at Jack in the Box, but I took my 14 y.o. there who has special needs. He’s practicing independently accessing the community. It was a little after 5 on a Thursday evening. There were 3 people in front of us and 2 more behind us in line. Still, Efren, the cashier was patient as my son conducted his transaction and actually spoke directly to my son [instead of me]. Kudos to Jack in the Box for not rushing us through when it was clearly busy!

BEWARE!!! If I could leave zero stars, I would. I accidentally forgot my credit card there. When I called later to see if my card was there, they told me it wasn’t. I reported my card lost and I later find out that my card was charged multiple times in different amounts at this Jack N The Box. Shady establishment if you ask me. Their HR and district manager has been notified

Tried to get black pepper Jack burger offer emailed to me but couldn’t pull it up in my email on my iPod touch because unlike McDonalds, BK, Starbucks, . they don’t have free WiFi. It was last night of this offer June 15 and when I explained I couldn’t show them my JIB email they first said no problem but then asked me for the code number!!! And this all the while the manager was standing there listening! Since they apparently didn’t understand me I immediately left and went to the newly renovated Burger King across the street where THEY took much better care of this customer! Never eating at that JIB again and because of this other JIB are on notice for future patronage from me!

Today I ate at this jack n the box on Manchester n Crenshaw and it was the worst experience I ever had at a fast food restaurant. I order the blazin jack and the bread taste like it was two weeks old And the fries were cold and the bread it was dry ass hell. For this to be a new jack n the box… It’s all thumbs down for me… April 30th2015 oh yeah don’t let me leave out the cold tacos we order.

For a brand new establishment, this Jack in the Box is the worst I’ve ever been to… I waited patiently 45min for two 99¢ tacos and after the first approach the Gothic clerk has a nasty attitude… I love Jack’s food just never again from this one.

It’s Thursday February 5, 2015 at 709 pm. I just had the worst experience ever at Jack N Box. First I waited in the drive thru line for 5 mins before I placed my order. Then I waited 10 more minutes to pay and recieve my food. I called Jack N Box while waiting to ask them what the hold up was, and to ask the car in front to move over while waiting for their food. Well, the person identify themselves as the manager said that I’ve only been waiting 7 mins since I pulled in and that I should be patient because the person in front order 60 in food and they, Jack N Box, were understaff… hmm I corrected the«manager»; I informed her that I started my stop watch when I pulled in(I’m a secret shopper so bad habits stay with me) and that I’m still waiting to pay and get our food. I advised her that her customer care is not that of a franchise manager and that I would be contacting corporate office to file a complaint against her customer care, empathy and process. I ended the call. I approached the front window, I asked Abigail for her managers name. Abigail, informed me that there wasn’t a manager on duty and that Liz, the manager, would be back tomorrow at 10pm. Lol I asked if she was sure, if she wasn’t covering for an employee. I also informed her of my complaint. I Thank her, and drove to the side to write this Unilocal review. Customer service is horrible! Customer care is horrific. For this to be a brand new Jack N Box(opened fall 2014) this is the worst experience EVER!. At least my 2nd bad experience at night! I haven’t had a bad morning experience, other than its a long long wait inside. 2 stars because morning staff is decent. Negative 1 star for night crew and management. … oh no, my order is wrong ! Gosh darn it!
