I started taking my car to this shop after the warranty on my mustang expired and have only received great customer service and timely repair. Brett and his team communicate effectively, making sure it’s easy to understand.
My car is 13 years old with 293k miles, so I know cars are tricky and require a lot TLC. The knowledgable staff are pretty straightforward and don’t push you into getting service if you don’t want it, but will honestly tell you if the repair needs to be done immediately or can wait.

Terrible customer service they are into turning walk ins away and not honoring their appointments rude service people i was told if they just did oil changes all day they wouldnt make money so they wouldnt do my service rude to the point where I called corporate so I took my business to pep boys Westchester on Manchester Excellent customer serviceand they even honored the coupon i got from midas avoid midas Manchester and Prarie Inglewood and maybe check out pepboys Westchester on Manchester

Horrible horrible service took my car in to get the breaks changed and the day after when I drove the car to work every time I hit the breaks it made a really loud clicking sound and felt like the breaks were dragging on the pavement. So I took it back and they said every time new parts are put in it’s gonna make noise I’ve had breaks changed before and they’ve never made clicking/​dragging sounds! So they just said there’s nothing they can do I told them they had to fix the lousy work they did at the least!! they refused to test drive it because I wasn’t planning on fixing everything else «they found wrong» with the car at their location. I ended up taking it somewhere else and all that was wrong was that it was missing a screw! They’re very unprofessional and rude seems like they find at least 6 more things wrong with the car so they can just rip you off don’t waste your money or time find someone who is going give you a service you pay for.

Love this place. Came in late today, asked for brake repairs, THE DAY BEFORE THANKSGIVING, and they went out and got me the parts, no questions asked. Ask for Ben. He’s the nicest guy ever and very knowledgable with a lot of experience.

I had a great experience @ this shop, I needed a catalytic converter I was qouted a price the work was done with efficiency and the people are helpful and courteous.

came back for my scheduled oil change and to come to find out John is no longer here at this place. But I did meet the new store manage and just like John. Brett has great customer service and I greats you with a smile, there was anther person there at the counter but I forgot his name but great customer service just as well. First time customer due to the Unilocal reviews about John. Brett informed me that John moved to another location. Brett was EXCELLENT! Although I had come to get an oil change using my coupon, I knew my car was making some serious noise each time I turned and Brett said it was my rack and pinion! Brett gave me incredible discounts being a new and now LOYAL customer and i am well pleased. *Ladies, you can trust a job well done with fair prices. I love this shop! Finally I found an auto shop I can trust to be honest and do the job right. This is this only place I will bring my car to. All the mechanics are great and they have great customer service.

My car had been squealing at me for about a week, so I wanted to get my brakes checked. I called and spoke to Paul. He was very nice over the phone, and told me that they weren’t very busy, and could fit me in.
When I got there, John helped me out, and he was so incredibly friendly and helpful. I wanted to get an oil change while I was at it, so he offered to visually check the brakes while they were doing the oil change. I opted to do the whole brake check though, since I was 99% sure I needed new brake pads, and the price of the check is subtracted from the total price of the brake change. I thought it was nice of him to offer the visual check.
They offer coupons online for both oil changes and brake service, and I was able to use them with no hassle. In fact, as he was ringing me up, John asked if I had any coupons. He also showed me the brake pads, both old and new so I could see the difference, and showed me that I had a tear in the calipers. I chose not to replace the calipers this time, but will be back to do that later.
They gave me a 15% off coupon to the sizzler next door so I could have lunch while waiting for my brakes to be changed, which was awesome.
Overall, I’m very happy with my experience at midas. And John gets five stars as well.

These guys do parking for events held at the forum, dont know much about their services regarding cars but the parking and everything was hands down surprising and useful. Good job.

I’ve been bringing both our cars here for quite some time, and I’ve reviewed them before (as you can see below). The manager, John, and his team have consistently been terrific partners in the care of our autos for several years now. Today, they took care of a minor problem without charging me so much as a dime, all in the name of maintaining good relations with a longtime customer. They didn’t have to do it, and I didn’t either ask for or expect it, but it’s just another example of their being willing to go the extra mile. Good folks, good work, good value. I wish I had this level of competence, friendliness, and value with all my repair/​maintenance folks. I recommend them highly.

I went to another Midas in Culver City and the store manager was trying to screw me over and quoted around $ 700 to get my brakes done. I remember that I came to the Midas in Inglewood before and loved the service so I left the Culver City location and went back to Inglewood store. The manager John was the nicest most helpful person I have ever experienced in retail/​customer service ever. Thanks to him, he found a warranty I had and ended up paying around $ 100 to replace my brakes. Everyone in the Midas company needs to be trained by this guy.

Great customer service and very informative. John showed me everything that needed work with my truck. I was told by Jiffy Lube that I needed a transmission flush 3 month okay I had Midas check it and they said it was the right color and did not need to be changed. Great service from Inglewood Midas. I will be back.

Moving to Los Angeles and not having someone I could trust with my car, I struggled finding a place that made me feel comfortable. This Midas location is totally awesome. John (the manager) is super nice and helps you out throughout your visit. He goes over the services you need and he is completely honest. He’s prompt, friendly, and makes sure you get in and out as soon as possible. I will definitely keep coming here for future car maintenance!

Having a trustworthy and competent auto repair service is massively important, and my experience with this branch of Midas has been exceptional in every way. Right down to the part that when I had decided not to get my air conditioning fixed due to the expense, they said, «If you get the part, we can install it for you.» That saved me a serious amount of money, and it inspired my confidence that they are in it for the long haul customer relationship and not just out to score a quick buck. Think about it: They could have made a few hundred dollars more off me one time, or cemented a relationship that will likely bring them in much, much more over the years. I can’t recommend these guys more highly, particularly in a market segment that’s positively choked with incompetents and rip-​off artists.

Midas sucks! They over charge and seem to never get the problem fixed. I had suspension replaced front end and back end due to defects twice in 2yrs. They claimed to have upgraded my stock suspension setup for $ 700 with Monroe. Ok, for the defects they wanted to charge me labor to replace them for the 3^rd time, claiming that it was past 90days. Right! So they claim to have the MIDAS TOUCH with suspension that rattles squeaks and bounces way too much… Not to mention they have posters all over the shop displaying shocks and struts that are branded… Come to look at mine, NO BRAND NAME… Then they claim they have their own stock # for the shocks they advertise… That right there my friend is false advertising!
Avoid Midas. They are money hungry upsellers who give the runaround. Its a huge chain designed to break your pockets. They dont really care so much about keeping the customer happy in trusting their work. Dont say I never told ya. I have first hand experience.
