Panda Express

They are so stingy when serving the food, found a worm in my sweet and sour sauce, and the parking is HORRIBLE

Good customer service, employees were very greetful, the food was great, there was no problems at all. Not enough parking but at the same there was allot of people inside.

Came here from LAX when they were about to close and they were pretty much all out of everything. I was fairly disappointed since I asked if they’d make some mushroom chicken and the lady there said they wouldn’t make it for just one order. She later ended up allowing the order so the chef there cooked up some mushroom chicken. Orange chicken was also freshly made so that was another bonus. So I experienced pretty good service, and even got 2 fortune cookies because the lady knew that I was sharing the dinner with my husband. The food was fresh and the service was great with a fairly clean atmosphere, not to mention a restroom located in the restaurant. The parking lot was small but since I was there fairly late, parking wasn’t a problem. If I’m ever around the area again and craving Chinese I’d definitely stop by.

Parking is horrible here. It’s really hard to even get in the restaurant. Lunches are pretty busy and they’re constantly refilling the trays which is good. What’s not is that they seem to rush it and the veggies don’t get cooked all the way. I also asked for half rice half noodles. I wasn’t paying attention which was my fault and wound up with all rice. Oh well. Lesson learned.

It’s panda, you know what you’re getting. The food seemed to have more sauce than usual. The place was clean though and the staff, friendly enough. What I can’t figure out is what the foul stench outside the restaurant was…

Nice and clean establishment. Friendly staff too. The only drawback is during the lunchtime there will be no parking (the lot is small), and the line is super long to order your food. So if you only have 30 minutes for lunch you’ll spend about half of that waiting to order.

Come here regularly for lunch nothing special but nothing bad exactly like every other Panda Express. Walk in and hear the same script eat the same food.

The staff named Lovelia (can’t remember the spelling) was wonderful. She was helpful and offered to make stuff that I wanted if they were out. There was a guy who came in after me and asked for some Terryaki chicken from the other female staff. That customer was told no and pointed to the few scraps and was told that was it. The other staff was not helpful and it was obviously trying to leave. She rolled her eyes and had an attitude. I let the other customer know it was an option.

Food was like any other panda express. But the employees are terible. Not paying attention to customers talking to their co-​workers and forgetting orders. I rather eat the MSG next door next time

The service here is excellent but the food was terrible. My shrimp was overcooked and taste old, the rice was soooo bland and kung pao chicken was toooo spicy. I never have an panda complaints but this location wasnt good at all.
They guy who packed my food was very nice though, offered me samples and had a smile the whole time. The cashier was also very courteous as well. I wouldnt return though cause my plate just wasnt good at all.

Their solution to «hi we didn’t recieve the utensils or fortune cookies we requested. Also, there was a rubber band in our bowl» was «give us our food back»

The only «bad/​downfall» is the wait time in the line is PRETTY unreal each time that I’ve gone. The food has always been fresh-​you know not that dried out food from the cooking lamps. They always rotate rather its half empty or not-​ITS APPRECIATED! friendly service, parking lot parking and next to Jamba Juice :).

On 4÷24÷14 I dined at the Panda Express located at 4940 W. Century Blvd. location in Inglewood, California.
Unfortunately, the product and service was inadequate because the food was old and when asked for fresh was given an unreasonable wait time; was offered an alternate choice and that was old as well — when attempting to return the alternate because it was too old was told it couldn’t be done. Asked for the manager who told me to wait so he could stir noodles and clean off a counter; really? Manager did agree to replace the entrée with a fresh one although I had to wait. Normally enjoy my Panda Express experiences but this was the worst. It’s disappointing that customers are held in such little regard. Shame on Panda Express! If you are ever in the area run, don’t walk from this Panda Express.

Good orange chicken and green tea. I love the Beijing beef. Its freaking amazing taste! Highly recommend this food. Good franchise.

Hhhhmmmm where to start? I like panda express, I really do. I usually come to this one because it’s the closest to my bfs house.
When you walk in you are greeted by the employees as they yell «welcome to panda!» You will probably here that quite often. They offer you to have a sample of whatever is new on the menu. I always get half and half which is chow mein and your choice of white rice or brown rice plus two other items. Whatever you decide to eat you won’t be disappointed because it’s good and tasty.
Now for the down side. I wasn’t sure what time they close but since I was near the place and my friend and I were hungry we decided to stop and grab food to go. The OPEN sign was on yes! we thought to ourselves. We walk in I asked for half and half, the employee is trying to get the last of the brown rice and lets me know it’s the last of it and i say it’s ok I’ll take all chow mein, no biggie. I right away tell the employee my other two items I wanted and the employee lets me know these were the only items they had for the moment. Which were probably like 4 selections. I’m guessing because they were getting ready to close, either everything ran out or because they had put everything away. Idk.
I was pretty bumped because I didn’t get the items I was looking forward to. The one thing I wished the employee would have said before the guest decides to order was probably let the guest know in advance the limited selections they have to pick and from there the guest can decide whether they want it or to just take off and then maybe the employee can save themselves the embarrassment.
The employee did apologize and was embarrassed. Keep in mind it was 20min before the hour, people kept on coming in, lots of tourists since it is near lax. I suggest go an hour before closing time.

The staff was very nice and attentive. The food was where they lost 2 stars. The rice had a strong odor. It smelled like it had gone bad. My wife and I didn’t eat it for fear of getting sick, but everything else was good.

Never been to a Panda Express with bad food. But gave this one 5 stars cause of the staff. ALWAYS with a smile and SUPER friendly (no matter how busy it is) Servers are the BEST. Not a bad thing to say about this place

It appears that the more this chain continues to grow the more its getting to be like every other fast food restaurant. The food was warm, and most of the tables where dirty with three employees just standing around.

I am normally ok with Panda. But after having to wait nearly 25 minutes because they had no fried rice, chow mein, mandarin chicken, and broccoli beef– I am no longer ok with Panda. I will probably never go to this place again. It was seriously over an hour left until closing. Unacceptable.

I come here before work if I want it. They open at 10 and I start at 11:30 so everything is always at MAXIMUM FRESHNESS. I’ve never had bad food from here because I’m only here right when they open.
