HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM MANAGEMENT AT THAT I placed a delivery order for a pizza and pasta that came with bread stick well of course my breadsticks were not delivered with my order. I called in to complain about the order and the employees «manager» was very rude. Her response was well it’s only a dollar when the lady comes back I will send her with the breadsticks (so now I have to wait for my breadsticks to get here meaning my food will get cold HELL NO) I told her no and asked for her name a manager would never have handled the situation that way then she says «why do I have to give you my name «. Well now that you have decided not to give your name and be very rude I have to call corporate and complain about the whole shift at 11:40 pm I will never order from this location ever again. And to be honest they don’t even deserve 1 star. The driving was nice tho I feel sorry she has to work with people like that !

Friendly staff and fast service. Pizza is what you would expect from any Pizza Hut. Delivery is a little slow, but if you could do carry out, that’s your best bet.

This place is bad with there customer service. I order a dinner box with a 1 liter soda. Guess what no soda. Call them and ask them to send the driver with my soda. They tell me they have to wait until the driver comes back. 30 min go by after I received my pizza and we are done eating and need something to drink, still no soda to was the dry pizza down with. I call again and the shift lead Cindy answer the phone and tell me that no one told her about the soda be left out of my order. I tell her to cancel the order and refund my money. She tell me she can but she will send the soda and give me a credit (didn’t tell me how much) for my next order. I say OK send me the soda. Now it’s almost 1 hour and 45 minutes after we have received our pizza (11:59pm 1÷27÷2016) and time for me to go to bed so I can get up and go to work at 6am, I called them back and tell them they need to refund me. They tell me I have to come in to do a refund. You have got to be shitting, I’m not getting dressed for a mistake I didn’t make for you to refund a $ 3.00 soda!!! I tell her to refund my whole order because I am very unhappy. She tell me now. I after 10 years of order from this pizza hut I will not be ordering from here again!!! This is not the first time this has happened. But I will not take it no more. We are done here and I will tell my neighbors too! Pizza Hut Inglewood #26 157 SHAME ON YOU!!!

These employees are so DUMB, i am surprised that they franchise owner is still in biz

The worst place ever, I love their pizza don’t get me wrong but their service really needs improvement, I ordered some wings and I live literally half a block when I got home my wings were frozen from the inside smh then I call in a order Two days later when I go pick up my order they said they forgot to put my order in «really «smh I don’t think I’ll be going back any time soon just go across the street to Pizza Hut

It took me about 30 minutes to place my order online, which was my fault because I was undecided. I finally made up my mind and placed my order. A few seconds after I placed my order I received a call from the Pizza Hut I ordered from, and they told me their address was put in as the delivery address (which I didn’t, seeing as how I don’t know their address off hand. Must be some online glitch). So as I was attempting to give her the correct address the call dropped. I immediately called right back and she told me she canceled my order. I do understand they get prank calls and fake orders, but It was already paid for so I don’t understand why it would be cancelled. Now I have to wait 3 – 5 days before the money is refunded in my account. Her attitude was bad and she acted as if it was my fault the order was cancelled. I can understand if I didn’t answer or didn’t call back, for awhile but only about 10 seconds had passed. She was very inconsiderate and had no concern for me as a customer who was spending money at their establishment. I won’t be ordering from this Pizza Hut again. I’d rather drive across town and pick it up myself!

This place is horrible I ordered a med pizza an some mild wings. When my food arrived it was cold an the wings weren’t cooked all the way. So I called them back and they tried to debate but came to a conclusion of will send you a new pizza an some well done wings. After an hour wait the delivery man shows up with jus a pizza. I give him back the wings an pizza. So now I’m.pissed $ 23 well $ 25 with a tip for a med pizza. I called an the rude ass lady tells me that I didn’t say the wings. I’m like wow. I use to order pizza from them every week no more I guess I will try the competition across the street. Dominoes

Pizza hut is good as hell but pretty much fuck this location and every slackin piece of shit working here. Seems that every time we order for delivery they find some way to cancel our order. Either its they couldn’t find the house (which we live 2 blocks from them), or they called us multiple times to find our house (mmm… nope no missed calls) and then when I call 30 minutes after our order should have arrived they’re always rude and end up hanging up on us. So yea, pretty much fuck this place.

I having eating Pizza Hut in some time but there new menu is a gem of deliciousness. The crust is soft again and the sauces or very well made. I ate there wing for the first time and to my surprise I really enjoy them. I wish they had honey barbecue or just barbecue. I’m not a fan of the hot stuff even the mild wing have a big kick to my taste buds!0!

I live 5 mins from this Pizza Hut. Literally (overused word, I know but added for emphasis) LITERALLY, 4 blocks away… but Walk-​in means waiting 40 mins for a pizza, delivery should mean half-​an-​hour. So, Why does it take so long for this terrible pizza to be made?! Why is the service so incredibly slow? AND why did I finally receive my pizza (after being quoted a time of 45 mins) an hour and 35 mins later?! To add insult to injury the pizza was cold, the cheese congealed and wings greasy and chewy. BLAH! Just order from Dominos across the street.

Pros:
I eat here occasionally, probably for about 5 years now. The pizza it always delicious, the place is clean, and the staff friendly. Large veggie lover w reg crust is my thing.
Cons:
Minor complaints; $ 16 for a pizza is pricey, which is a big reason why i’m an occasional customer. Also, they should have an extra large size, cuz I can slam a large pizza by myself.

I only really order here as a quick fix close to home hunger.. The service is ok, parking isn’t always the best, it’s a 50 50 chance that your order will be on time. .I’m sitting here now waiting 15min after I Was told my order would be ready :/​My mini me loves the pizza. This will probably be the last time I will order from here though seeing that I just noticed the chick in the back is wearing NO gloves –_​– granite I seen her drying her hands when I walked in but eww people hands sweat. Aaannnddd the delivery guy just walked out with about 3 pizzas and a bag with food in it to deliver and just sat in his car texting for about 10min before leaving. hmmmm cold food anyone? Refund please.

Employees are always eating pizza. Parking lot is always full of employees’ cars. Unprofessional and inconvenient.

We ordered from this Pizza hut for 8 years, ever since we moved into the neighborhood.
After a few bad experiences — mainly a gradual realization that the quality was getting worse and worse, but also a few cases of slow service — we decided to go elsewhere. So far, our alternatives have not been that successful, so this may well be the best pizza joint in the area. Fortunately, my wife and I have perfected our technique with Trader Joe’s pizza dough, and our pizzas beat all y’all’s pizzas.

I ordered my pizza at 6:30 pm on a Saturday. My thought was that I could beat the dinner rush and order ahead. My estimated time for delivery was at 7:09 pm. Hungry but I can wait.
The estimated delivery time has come and gone. It’s 7:32 pm as I type this. Called the store about five minutes ago and after being hung up on once I get a person asking me my order. I’m wondering where my pizza is and I give her my contact info. She okey-​dokes me saying that «my delivery has already left and is on its way» and hangs up after saying it. No bye, nothing. I understand that you’re busy, that this is a Saturday night and all but as a paying customer I expect a bit more respect. I live basically a few blocks away. It doesn’t take that darn long for a delivery. This isn’t the backwoods of the country so getting lost isn’t an excuse.
7:36 pm… still NO food.
8:03 pm… I was about to pop in my Freshetta like I should have done two hours ago and was on the phone with Pizza Hut about to cancel my order when it finally arrived. It was surprisingly still hot so I kept it. Save for Alan, the driver, who said that the store keeps taking orders but knowingly knows that they’re short drivers and has a two hour delivery wait. Next time I’m picking it up from the store (like I usually do).
