The customer service here was great. I opened an account here today and it was fast and easy. No long waits and everyone was polite. Manny was very helpful and provided great customer service to my friend and I. There was a young lady by the name of Tasha that greeted us. She was very nice as well. I’m really happy that I found out about School First Federal Credit Union.

This credit union just open in Inglewood Ca on Dec. 07 2015 in a highly busy area ton of shops, restaurants, Hollywood park, and LAX traffic, parking is no problem it is next to Jamba juice, I was greeted with welcome and smiling faces from Robert and Oscar who give me a stand still tour was so friendly and helpful, there is a ATM machine (Gardena did not have a ATM machine) its so nice to go into a branch and everything is new… kinda like the smell of a new car, there is a coin counting machine that is free for members to use and non– member can use but the machine charge you .10 cent for every dollar that it counts, there’s a on line banking area, a I pod area for kids, a free coffee area, a flat screen TV on the wall (that was not on) and now this is the kicker this branch do not have or deal with any coins… yes no COINS! here what they do if I cash a check for 100.75 I get cash only back and the changes go into my checking, don’t know if it is good or bad Ideal now time will tell and less then 5 mins. from my house yes a fan.
