We were working with Seville Properties on purchasing our first home. We put in multiple offers and finally, one was accepted. It did take several months to find the home and were ecstatic at finally finding one. We ordered the inspection and found multiple issues with the home that we wanted the seller to fix prior to contin uing with the purchase. Their counter of what they would fix was not satisfactory. The real estate agent was not happy that we did not go back with a counter offer and after notifying her that we would not proceed with this home, she repeatedly asks that we reconsidered. Again we said no. Because we did not go back with a offer, she dropped us as clients. Mind you, it was not the real estate agent that notified us of this. It was her assistant! This is very un professional. The pressure they put on you lacks ethics. Home buiyng is a process that could take months, and in some cases years. One of the agents showed us a home that had walls covered in mold. The assistant(don’t know if she is an agent), stated ‚“there is no mold”. No mold? I could see and smell it on the walls and ceiling! Even after I pointed it out, she said, «that is no big deal. No house is perfect». I understand no house is perfect but to blatantly lie right in front of people is just bad practice. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
