Although the employees are friendly, this shop is completely incompetent. I brought my car in to get repaired, and left it over the holiday season for more than 10 days for a bumper repair that should be a 3-​day fix. We verbally agreed on the pick-​up date although it wasn’t written anywhere in the paperwork. On the agreed upon day, I came in first thing in the morning to pick up my car, paid, and waited for it to be brought out. At first I was told that my car was blocked in and they needed someone with a key to open the gate. Then I was told that they were in fact, actually still needing to finish the repair. They said they had to still put the bumper on and that it would take 45 mins. I was already running late to work and livid. Although they were still working on finishing the job, they didn’t neglect to take my payment. I would go anywhere else but here. The employees are kind but the integrity of the business isn’t great at all. Go anywhere else

I was leasing a Dodge Dart that was at the end of the 3yr mark and I had a pretty good dent on the driver side door that crossed both panels. Needless to say, had I not fixed this, I would have been charged a TON by the leasing company. On a recommendation from Hooman Dodge (across the street), I took the car here to Superior on a whim. Vince and his crew did an immaculate job and seriously made the car look like new AND they also touched up some additional scratches and minor dents at no extra charge. These guys are the real deal, family run business, and I would trust them with any car if I needed it again, and you should to. I have zero doubt you’re in good hands and I don’t often Unilocal reviews. Ask for Vince, you’re not only in good hands, you’ll be treated like family. Thank You Vince!

I had a similar experience to several other people with this body shop. My insurance company recommend it and it was semi close to where I live.
I was involved in a collision back in July and am still dealing with the body shop. I dropped my car off Monday morning for an estimate and was told someone would call me back later that day. I never heard from them and had to keep following up. They had my car for about two weeks and never returned my calls. They finally told me Friday afternoon that I could pick up my car. I went to pick up my car and it was filthy inside. There was obvious dust inside my car, marks on the outside of my car, pieces hanging off the bottom, speaker not properly attached, etc. I’m not car expert and I could tell just by looking at it that things were not put back in place. I had to have both my doors fix and as soon as I drove off I could hear air coming through the window. They shop had already closed and I had to wait until Monday morning to bring it back.
When I brought it back I took a drive with one of the employees who kept telling me they couldn’t hear it. They said they would look at it. I ended up having to take my car to the shop four times to get all the repairs fixed. I complained to my insurance company about the poor quality and ended up getting a call from the owner telling me I could bring it back and he would detail it and do a through review of the car and he offered to provide me with a rental car for the day. Well now I have a charge on my credit card from the rental company and have called the body shop twice and haven’t got a call back about what is going on and get things like ‘oh that shouldn’t have happened’, umm yea I agree so provide me with documentation that you paid for it so I can submit it to my credit card company.
I am so frustrated with this place and will never go back.

I was involved in a front end collision on March 24, 2015. Superior Auto Collision Center was one of the «authorized repair facilities» recommended by my insurance company.
Upon returning to pick up my car, the first thing I noticed was that the car was filthy! Particularly the interior, which was dusty and grease stained. It appeared that the windows were left down and the seats, floor and steering wheel were not properly covered by the shop.
I was further shocked to discover several scratched and chemical stains over 80% of the exterior paint of the car. It became evident that the repairmen were very careless with my vehicle while it was in their care. I even discovered clear coat over spray on every window because the car was not properly masked and covered.
I immediately reported the shabby work and damages to my insurance company. I also reported the damages to the shop owner.
It took them three attempts to repair all of the damages to my car while it was in their care.
To the shop owners credit, he worked with me to repair the damages from his repairmen to my complete satisfaction. While I appreciated his assistance, this should have never happened in the first place.
I hope that this review will save others from the frustration, anguish and waist of time that I had to endure.

Bob and Jimmy were the main people who helped and worked on my car after a bad fender bender. Everyone over there was friendly. They were fast and always kept me up to date on what was going on. I’m very happy my insurance company recommended this place and thrilled with the outcome of the repairs!

Poor communication, rushed work and completely in bed with various insurance companies. Do not come here if your insurance company suggests it. Nice people, however.

My insurance company recommended this place to repair a scratch/​dent on my 2014 Camry near the rear tires. When I arrived there was a hispanic guy who took pictures of the dent and gave me an estimate. This man along with a white man informed me that it would take 6 days to repair and gave me a couple of papers to sign. The place seemed trustworthy and helpful at the time. They called enterprise so I can pick up my rental. So as I am on my way home I realized I left one of my purses in my trunk with 4 Dodgers tickets in it. I thought about going back for it but I decided to just trust the company and the workers there. BIG mistake! When I picked up my vehicle (8 days later) the first thing I checked aside from the work they had done was my trunk to see if my purse was still there. Which it was but with everything scattered and my tickets stolen. I was pissed but I managed to go inside the office calmly to inform the receptionist and all she said was «well didn’t you sign the form that states we’re not responsible for anything left in the vehicle?» I told her I wasn’t sure but it’s messed up that this happened. So I told her to inform her manager about the situation and she said she would. As I go back to the car I noticed that there was like paint or something on the side they fixed. They came out and cleaned it off with some type of liquid. There was also a small gap between the car where it was placed back together which shouldn’t have been. At this point I was so pissed that I just left. I will never go back to this place after this experience and I do not recommend it either.

this place is amazing! I’ve gotten my Car worked on here a few times and every time my car looked perfect! Vice is awesome! i highly recommend this place to anyone that needs auto body work done! i will never take my car anywhere else!

Had them work on a Jeep that had been rear ended and the insurance company (Access Insurance) screwed me and the body shop. Lucy the assistant and Vince the all-​around God of bodywork were great and patient because I had to call almost everyday to check and see if the insurance company or lawyer had called and now I call weekly to see if any money has come through.
What turned out to be about $ 600 in damages was drawn out to over $ 2000 over 4.5 months, with Superior on the tail end. Vince personally did a drive with the adjuster who refused to admit any damage unless *I* paid for a tear-​down which would be reimbursed if there was accident damage present.
Vince priced it out for me and they knew that because of the accident I had to buy a new car as you could tell my rental probably wasn’t going to get paid. We couldn’t tell if the Jeep would get totaled out in the end so it was a crapshoot. He was so sweet and they offered to work on some non-​accident damage for me while they had the Jeep, but I declined as I didn’t want to take advantage. The tear-​down showed accident damage which the insurance company accepted liability for, but NEVER PAID FOR.
A full week after the car was ready, Superior had still not heard from the insurance company or my own lawyer for the repair fees or towing fees. Superior’s own staff made calls too in order to track down the money, but also had no luck. They were nice about it, but they can’t keep a car there indefinitely, so I got the money and paid for it all out of pocket in the hopes of getting reimbursed. I was not charged storage fees or any additional monies despite the inconvenience for the shop.
The Jeep runs perfectly, the damage is fixed and when I picked up it was so well-​detailed it looked almost new!
I plan to bring my other Jeep to Superior too to fix some rust damage.
I am very confident in this body shop’s honesty and work!
