The employees were rude and naïve to what they were supposed to be doing. While checking out, two employees behind the counter were standing there speaking loudly about subjects unrelated to work, and practically ignoring the customers. When I got up to pay, one employee had left once they finished their conversation, so I asked the remaining one how she was doing. No response. Said goodbye, no response.(Also, this cashier didn’t even know whether she was supposed to keep the receipt or give it back to the customer). Shouldn’t have bothered purchasing anything, because those are not the type of people I trust to handle my money.

This is one of the worst managed places I’ve ever used. The Pharmacy is always busy, and the service is slooooooow… on top of that, some of the Pharmacy staff is downright rude and aggressive. The customer service is NON-EXISTENT. This place is basically a clusterf**k.

Pharmacy is the worst! If you call, there is a 45 min wait and sometimes they hang up. The pharmacy line inside the store is long too. Ridiculous!

Bad service at photo department. Clerk Devin had no other way to provide quick service on getting a passport picture taken. Had to wait for the Customer photo machine to be freed in order to help us. Waited 10 minutes. Should have to wait that long.

I was just at this Walgreens around 11:00 pm, as I was cashing out, a homeless man got near me and stared to talk very aggressively to myself and the cashier. She asked the homeless man to leave me alone and asked him to leave, she immediately called the security guard and the security guard rapidly arrived to the front of the store, all though the homeless man walked out of the store, they walked me all the way to my care for safety. AMAZINGEMPLOYEES !

Your typical Walgreens with an unfortunate problem: there are many people near the entrance begging for money, selling pirated DVDs, or loitering about. Mind you, it’s the last of these that really worries me. In the last few times I have needed to visit, I noticed the staff personally shooed several of these individuals. However, it is not effective enough(yet?) to make me feel safe visiting any time near sunset. If you can drive/bike, head elsewhere. If, like me, you need to head here sometimes because it is the closest pharmacy, don’t go alone.

Don’t come here if you need a prescription don’t speak with the pharmacist named Jalpa Sommers Very rude and called me Teenager(mind you I’m 25 years old) She didn’t want the the tech to help me at all and the only reason its getting two stars is because the lady named Tanisha was trying to help me.

It’s Walgreens. Not really stocked well. Trying to look for my shampoo and conditioner and they ran out. I asked also if they had a coupon book but they said they ran out. They also ran out of the red nose I wanted to buy. So well the staff is friendly but the place wasn’t stocked well. Parking is shared with a market across.

Plain and simple — this pharmacy sucks. The staff appear lazy, moving at a snail’s pace. Two of my prescriptions they did not have, including a very common flu medication! Anyhow, to top it off, Amber(long haired chunky black girl) is plain rude. Her body language and speech clearly tells you she’s not interested in help you. And, she even had the nerve to socially talk in her drawl to some guy behind me, which kept confusing me — um, is that«yes» to me or to him? I even had to tell her to focus on her customer — me! The only good thing out of this experience, which is why I gave it a 2, is that I had to call CVS to see if they had the prescription in-stock. Then, the pharmacist(slender white guy) called the pharmacy to have them order it. But, all of them just didn’t seem to care. They need a manager — a good manager — who can help them understand basic customer service and quality.

Horrible. Really this kid cashier gives me attitude for using a coupon. Ummm yea call the manager. Then he completely changed his attitude. He was telling me that I can’t use this coupon for some reason. I was telling him, yes I can. It’s a Walgreens Rewards coupon and I can use it for anything. Manager comes over and says, oh just do it again, it should work. Why do people keep constantly working in the customer service industry and clearly they don’t want to be doing that. The managers need to hire better people.

Compared to the 2 nearest competitors, this store is usually very well stocked and has a wider selection in cosmetics. Minus a star being that every lipstick tube and gloss has the seal broken. Plus every time I go for a specific color it’s gone or tampered with, so I won’t buy it. Minus two stars for the pathetic staff that works in the photo department. Rude and don’t know anything about anything.

Great customer service; such a change from the CVS that I used to use. Clean store. Far better prescription prices. Some panhandlers in the parking lot, but not too much of a hassle. There is a police station and city hall about 2 blocks away.

The store itself is fine, but the pharmacy is not great. The drive-through is often closed when it’s supposed to be open, and sometimes the wait is forever just for one recurring prescription! Online prescription ordering doesn’t work, FYI. Last night the woman at the counter asked for our last name 5 – 6 times, filling the prescription while eating chips and talking about how hungry she was. I’m not sure about you, but I don’t want someone else’s food-covered hands touching the medicine I put in my body!

Love Walgreens! They have a lot packed into their store without it feeling over-crowded. This is a nice location with very helpful staff. Got a great Inglewood sweatshirt there. The staff was very helpful in getting to the bottom of the pile to find the color and size I wanted. :)

Cashier are cool, but not enough. There’s often a line, even at 10PM… But still, this is a nice place!

Not impressed. It was a senior discount day and I was in their with a family friend. She asked about their 20% discount and the guy at the counter said«only on Wednesdays» when CLEARLY on their flyer it said it was today as well. We also went to another cashier who said the same thing. Poor training and reading skills on the part of the staff here. FAIL. The selection was also so so.

Cool Walgreens in the Wood… I go there for the Redbox that’s located inside mostly. Just hate when people take they sweet time browsing the movie titles when it’s a long line. Staff is cool, do they best to get you out as fast as possible.

Open 24 hrs! Stopped by at 3 am… no one at register but only walked down a few aisles and saw an employee who asked whether I had a question, told him I just wanted to pay and he rang me up.
