Best crab cakes around! I get them every time I go there! Awesome atmosphere! Servers are wonderful! Prices are very reasonable! Great place to eat!!!

Hidden jewel. Never had a bad meal there. Wait staff is always very friendly.

In from out of town and ate there with a party of 8 adults and 3 children on the recommendation of other family members. Our waitress did not want to be bothered by us so much so that after waiting 15 minutes for our drinks to come and still not being able to place our appetizer order, we made yet another attempt to get her to our table when she just pointed to the other 2 tables she was working and said she was taking care of other customers. After getting the bill we realized they automatically added a 20% tip-​not 18%, but a full 20%- No wonder she didn’t care. One of our party went so far as to ask her to «Please be nice.» She wasn’t. We also had someone with special diet concerns that, once again, she did not want to be bothered with. We got who we assume was the manager, though he never said, and the only help he gave was to ask what on the menu the person wanted. We ended up paying over $ 10 for overdone, bland chicken and lettuce. Other restaurants at least season the meat with a little salt and pepper. When we informed the waitress about the chicken, she just acted like she didn’t hear. We will not be back.

Tried it for the first time last weekend. Everything was great! Waiter was very friendly and helpful. Salad dressings are homemade and steaks are hand cut. Seafood is fresh. Crab cakes were awesome! I tried my son’s pasta and it was very good too! They had a good selection of drinks. I tried a few different draft beers. All were different and good. Bread pudding for desert finished off a great meal experience. I will return! Prices were also reasonable.

Not many restaurants do well in the spot that Bowen’s Landing is in, but they seem to be doing something right! The food was pretty good, and the atmosphere was great!
I had the flounder, which was a little overlooked, and a margarita on special that was pure salt. My husband had a steak, though and it was delicious.
All in all they have some improvements to make, but I would certainly give them another try.

Pleasantly surprised by this place. We were visiting the area from Virginia and ate here on a Saturday evening. No trouble getting a table, very nice waitress and good food. Must try the Hushpuppies. Salad was fresh and crunchy. Very enjoyable experience.

We’ve been here several times. We really enjoyed the calamari, the trout and the ribs. My only complaint would be that the dinner salads could be a bit more exciting. Otherwise, we have not been disappointed.

Beautiful restaurant, great atmosphere and food. At our table we had the mussels, crab cakes, sirloin steak, and steakhouse salmon. Dinner started with an attractive salad of mixes greens. Entrees came out very quickly. All of the dishes were well prepared and tasty. Our server was amicable and helpful. And the key lime pie for dessert was delicious and not over sized.

Simply put… Great Atmoshere! Great Food! Great Wine! Love the specials!
