Tried to get an empty soda cup for water so I could put a lid on it for my 2 and 4 year old. Apparently those cost money at Jimmy John’s. What a joke, I will be heading to Erberts and Gerberts from now on. «Jimmy John’s so Cheap You’ll Freak!»

Great service. Great food. Anything you can order tastes amazing and won’t break the bank. The employees at this location are really great and show what customer service should be like.
