Park Dental Salem Square

Great office, staff are friendly and willing to take the time to answer all your questions. I have seen both providers in this office and they both provide excellent care and do great work. I would recommend Salem Square to my family and friends.

I’d scheduled a cleaning/​exam and said I wanted to speak to the dentist about sedation dentistry for some work I needed done. The receptionist messed up and set up an appointment only to talk to the dentist about sedation dentistry and NOT a cleaning. They charged me over $ 100 for 2 minutes with the dentist. They failed to submit to my insurance company for over 3 months and I received many letters and phone calls threatening to send me to collections. I spoke with them on 4 different occasions in which they said they would drop the charges and to ignore the letters. A month later I got a call from a collections agency. They sent the account to collections after they said they would remove charges on 4 different occasions– all this over $ 9.
