They don’t deserve a single star. Received my pizza with NO cheese. When I called, they said I can only get half off of a new one. So ridiculous for their own mistake. I’ll never be buying from here again, since I’m throwing away a pizza and my $ 12!!!

Love Papa John’s pizza and the garlic butter is such a great FREE extra! Just wish we had one in Hastings and Cottage Grove.

We love ordering take-out pizza from them. We always order on-line and get their«Papa Rewards,» and have gotten several free large 3-topping pizzas. Plus they often have promos where they randomly add points to your account that you have to use by a certain date. We also pick up our pizza at their store since we live so close(the gas to get there is cheaper than the tip we’d give the delivery guy!) Their pizza is always good for take-out/delivery, no matter what kind we’ve ordered(though it’s usually pepperoni…).

I used to order Papa John’s pizza quite a bit, but it’s been about 5 years since I’ve had it. I was previously a fan, but not anymore. I ordered 2 pizzas, one thin crust with 5 or 6 toppings, and another regular crust with 3 toppings. Both pizzas were terrible. The crust tasted like cardboard, lack of spices and seasonings in the sauce, and the spicy italian sausage had zero spice. One of the pizzas was supposed to have onions on it, and it had about 7 slivers near the middle and that was it. I attempted to doctor it up with some red pepper, fresh basil, and roasted garlic, but it was a total loss. Hands down some of the worst pizza I’ve ever had, only Dominos was worse. It is entirely possible that the box it came in had more flavor.
