Bray’s Pest Control

In my opinion, this is the worst company I know of, easily verifiable is the fact that brays hires convicted felons, a criminal record has no bearing at this company, and remember this, these people are coming into your home. Call, get some names, and check for yourself !!! Horrible !!!

Don’t get suckered into the yearly contract. Josh will tell you that you can cancel at any time and then claim he never said that. When I attempted to cancel in writing, the crazy secretary ran out to my car to confront me and threw the letter back in my face. The few months services we received brought more roaches and spiders than I had before calling them. Whatever they use I swear attracts the bugs and not kills them. BUYER BEWARE. The poor technician guy who time was wasted by being sent to my house for monthly service after we canceled stated we were not the always ones who signed for yearly servicing with the option to cancel and then get shafted when we tried to do so. Said he had been sent to several other homes and people told him «we canceled! why are you here??! I don’t have an appointment!»

Laid 22 pallets of sand grown St. Augustine and had Bray’s doing service from day one… even took precautions to treat soil prior to installation. Lost areas to fungus… nut sedge… crabgrass. none of which were in sod. They were great at excuses though… now paying nearly double with Massey and they aren’t much better… Not sure there is a good turf Company in Circus County, FL
