Great value for the price. Very clean, with a balcony and view of trees and the bike trail.

Long Beach, CA
Clean, reasonable. It seems that every hotel we check into was $ 179 this week. Friday night Saturday night and every little town in central Florida has a festival, rodeo and then there’s the big fleamarket in Mount Dora.
We thought we would head to the coast and find something in Crystal River only to find that the manatees like to swim with people. And there was no room in the town. Even $ 179 a night.
So we paid $ 62 here…, got the last room had a pleasant greeting from the lady at the desk. She even helped find the woman from Michigan a room in town. However it was $ 179.
also everything works. Fully functional and comfortable.

Very clean, very friendly staff. Excellent price, no price gouging. Also offered a discount at the restaurant next door that has excellent breakfast. We plan on stay in the future at the same location.

I go to this motel when I am in town hunting. For the price, you can’t beat it. It is very clean and the receptionist is very friendly. It is convenient to every thing in Inverness.

Sayre, PA
This is a great place to stay if you are planning on using the Withlacoochie trail. It’s just a few hundred feet from it. The hotel is clean and reasonable, the rooms are quite spacious. The staff is very accommodating and cyclists are very welcome. Last winter my wife and I spent about 2 weeks, here and plan on coming back often when we are in this part of Florida.

Nice place I found via Unilocal.Bike trail right behind us and looks great but we came here to dive at Crystal River. Motel staff VERY friendly and accomodating. Rooms nice and clean. We had the suite (room 48) and it worked out well for our family of six. Only one shower but that was not a real problem. I would definately stay here again and highly recommend. Very reasonable price. We had a 25 minute drive to our dive shop (American Pro) and will rate them separately (and favorably).
