If Col. Sanders and Jerry Springer were co-owners of a KFC… It would be this one. What a joke! Who wants to eat somewhere the whole staff’s yelling??? Not to mention… Their«out» of everything. Lol what a train wreck…

DONOTEATHERE! I know this is only a fast food restaurant, but there should be a minimum standard for service. I went here to grab food for my family tonight. There was one customer in front of us ordering. It took the staff at least 15 minutes to assist us. When our order was finally taken the girl waiting on us acted like we were bothering her. Two customers came in with wrong orders while we were waiting and again the staff acted like they were being inconvenienced to provide the items that were missing. The manager was joking with his staff, laughing that they were moving to slowly. Once we received our order we were missing some items as well. I understand that mistakes are made, but it was very clear that the staff didn’t care about their customers. I am visiting family here and was warned not to go here because of the terrible customer service, but I love KFC and didn’t think it could be that bad. I was wrong. The management is a joke and the franchiser should really take a hard look at their team. It is hurting the KFC brand and I’m sure the business is suffering because of it.
