I love Sonny’s. I love their BBQ and when I’m in the south I make a point to go. Inverness Sonny’s is pretty dirty and the service was awful last Sunday night. We were seated in the back room and the server wasn’t very happy to be working. The bathrooms, tables, floors, and salad bar are gross. Just don’t look around if you’re going to eat there.

We had Marie and she was genuinely the nicest waitress I have ever had. There was nothing spectacular about the meal. I had ribs my wife had pulled pork. We loved it, but it was the great service that we appreciated and will bring us back soon.

All you can eat Sweet and Smokey Ribs for $ 13.99 with all the sides… Ask for the «Center cut» part of the ribs, Corn on the Cobb, Sweet potato, Awesome Sweet Tea! Damn I love this place!

This may not be the best looking BBQ place I’ve been to but for a rural area I fell in love with their BBQ. I ordered the Sweet and Smokey Ribs for $ 10.99. My uncle ordered the combo that came with ribs, pulled pork and some other kind of meat. Each plate comes with 2 sides and either garlic bread or cornbread.
My Sweet and Smokey Ribs were awesome! Very juicy and flavorful! The restaurant also has a selection of sauces on your table that you can add to the meat you ordered.
The service was great and quick! The staff was friendly and often walked by to see how we were doing. The restaurant also has a drive-​thru!
I will definitely want to eat here again when I come back to visit this area.
