I can’t believe the two people before me had such bad things to say about this place. I never had a bad experience at Visual Aspects. Granted it’s been years since I went there and I only went to them a handful of times, but Dr. David Smith had to be the nicest, most charming optometrist I’ve ever met. The staff that work there don’t seem as bad as the other reviewers made them out to be. I don’t recall them being rude or disrespectful ever so I don’t know what the other reviewers are complaining about. If you live in the Five Towns or Inwood like I used to you’ll absolutely find it convenient to have your eye exams here. It beats driving all the way to Lynbrook like I used to do for my eye exams when I was living in Inwood.

Terrible store with terrible attitudes. Overpriced and overly obnoxious. There are a couple good workers in here, that’s about it. Not much else to say, really.
