Shingle Springs, CA
New to the area and needed to order lunch for family who was helping me move. I ordered a pepperoni pizza for the kids and a veggie with garlic sauce for the adults. The pepperoni was superb and large. The garlic pizza was to die for. I also ordered hot wings and honey wings, both were great. I will be ordering from here again. The delivery person was so nice too. She brought me a menu; the person who took my order told her I was new to the area so she welcomed me to the area with the menu in hand. I was impressed. The prices are great too! The big plus here, they deliver and have much more than just pizza. This is great for those who aren’t big pizza fans. Check out their menu! Great place! Love it!

Stopped in today and the lunch buffet. The salad bar was clean and well stocked. The multiple pizza selection was real good, and so was the service. They actually made me a pizza of my choice for the buffet. I want to try that Swingle Special. Will definitely be back again.

Their pizza is ok but their service is horrible. We ordered 3 pizzas for my little sister’s birthday party and immediately after the pizzas arrived we determined it was not enough food so we ordered 2 more pizzas at 4:30pm which were supposed to arrive by 5pm. The 2 additional pizzas never arrived. We waited 2 HOURS and still no pizzas. We called to inquire and they were like «oh the pizzas should have been there we will look into it and call you back» but they never got back to us and the pizzas never arrived. So if you are looking for a pizza place to reliably deliver food for your party guests THIS IS NOT THAT PLACE!

We love Paisano’s pizza. Our friends and family always rave about how good it is when we order take out. The lunch special is nice, you can ask them to make a pizza you like and they’re pretty nice about it. The salad bar is awesome, fresh produce.

Great little pizza joint to try if your ever in the area. My fiancé and I had to drive up to shoot a wedding and arrived a little early. So we went driving around and saw Ione Chinese but figured it would take too long. Decided to try pizza instead and needless to say I’m glad we did! Ordered a buffalo chicken pizza and a Jalapeño cheese burger. The pizza crust was perfect and the burger… Didn’t leave any left for my girl. Oops. A must try!

By far the best pizza in Ione and Plymouth, without a doubt, but, this is really very strange. There are a lot more filtered reviews than the ones that are showing, which is odd. Maybe Unilocal’s filtering system doesn’t work well in rural areas. Anyway, the Paisano’s in Jackson is bigger, so the salad bar is better and the menu a little bigger, and being more convenient to our house, we go there all the time. But if we want pizza in Ione, this is the place.

Versus the other pizza joint in town, this one is better. Service is iffy depending on who’s there. No one is ever outright rude, just seems like they wouldn’t mind being somewhere else.
Lunch buffet with pizza/​salad/​breadsticks is a great deal, but our «usual» is just a large pepperoni.
Highly recommend.

The pizza here is AWESOME! I wish I could come back again and totally will if I’m around there. The salad bar lacks and they messed up and put black olives on our pizza but we all loved olives and didn’t have them remake it even though they offered right away, with that said there were very generous portions of toppings and cheese and it was delicious! P. S– they have crushed ice!

Good pizza, great cheese bread, small salad bar, and pitchers of beer. Ok, pretty much all pizza joints have all of the above, but not with the same quality of pizza and cheese bread. I’m not here for the salad.

Can’t believe no one has reviewed this place yet. Stopped by last night on the way home from boating and we were not disappointed. The pizza crust was so crispy and delicious. Dislike soft crust pizza at other pizza joints. Perfect amount of sauce, cheese and toppings. Reasonable price and good salad bar too. We might need to make a trip that way just to enjoy this yummy pizza again.
