I tried Pizza Factory for the first time today since we moved into town. I did go at a very slow time during the day so it was hard to judge the action. This review will seem a bit generic — sorry. The restaurant was a little old looking, but perfect to bring kids. You won’t have to worry about making a mess. They had about 8 games for kids… I think where you win tickets and trade those in for small prizes. The seating was plenty. My son and I both got the lunch special. $ 7.99 each which includes pizza, salad, bread stix and a drink, ALLYOUCANEAT. When we arrived the all you can eat buffet had 4 pieces if pizza on it. 2 combo Amd 2 pepperoni with white sauce. The nice lady behind the counter said shed make a red sauced pepperoni pizza for us right away. It came out fast, within 12 minutes. I was full from just a small salad and 1 slice but my son ate 4 slices. There was terrible music playing. They have several TVs but no volume, which they should have done since it is election high time and it was lunch. People like to get in their news on their lunch break. Unfortunately there was only one other customer in the restaurant besides us. Id be willing to check it out on a Friday night and adjust my review as I see fit. Overall, the pizza was good and the lady working there was very nice.

I wish I could give them more stars, because their pizza really is good. My husband and I always order the same type of pizza and we’ve never eaten there or had it delivered. We always order for pick up. Some of the people who answer the phone are attentive and polite and take our order correctly. Every so often though we get someone on the phone who doesn’t seem to care and they get our order wrong. I will say that when we’ve complained about it management has done a good job to rectify the situation after the fact. Their pizza is really good so we keep going back, but at times the ordering process can be frustrating.

Wish I could give less than one star. This place used to be good. But the owner, who is never there, doesn’t care one wit about the place. He is a liar to both customers & employees.(He told one teen employee that she didn’t get paid for training! I told her to file a complaint with the labor board!) The place is consistently dirty. On a recent trip there were pizza crusts on the floor of the booth I was in.(I was only there for a birthday party, that I ended up sitting downstairs for. More on that coming!) Things are greasy and not always washed properly. Ok, the birthday party. I was LIVID. I have had ankle problems for years. Many times I can barely walk. Every time we went in the lift to go upstairs was«broken»(found out recently that the key was actually LOST for years!). When we arrived for the party about a month ago I had recently had surgery on the above mentioned ankle. I was so excited to go to the party so that I could hang out with some other moms! Yeah, I got to sit downstairs because the lift was«broken» again. Here we are, a month later, still broken. And yes, I filed a complaint with the ADA. The manager took my name & number for the owner to call me. Nope! Hasn’t bothered. Pizza is decent, but the rest sucks. We only go there because it’s on my husbands way home from work.

Don’t waste your time or money, terrible service, won’t honor advertised discounts, the list goes on and on. Paisanos in the ione plaza or pizza plus in sutter creek are the places to go.

I can only say that this place is a dump in a way I’ve never seen. It felt like I was visiting a third world country stepping into this place. Where do I start? The pizza was actually very good. But everything else was awful. The place is dirty. And I mean dirty. There was shit literally streaked on the bathroom wall. Dust covered the salad bar. Flies all over the place. And the ONE guy working looked like a hobo-unshowered and greasy. Just gross. The«arcade» upstairs was a mess. It smelled like a truck stop bathroom and at least half the games didn’t work and ate about $ 4.00 in tokens before we gave up. There was a stereotypical white trash family with their kids running around barefoot and a 2 year old daughter that looked neglected. Avoid this place at all costs. It is gross, dirty, and run down. I can’t even believe they could pass a health inspection. Seriously. If I didn’t know any better, I’d say that there is something wrong with the water supply. Erin Brockovich will be showing up any day I’m sure…

This place sucks the customer service is terrible !!! They are always rude especially the older lady with glasses, the younger guys are respectful but the rest of them are very disorganized, they«lost» our order and were left waiting for almost two hours for pepperoni pizza that isn’t even that great of pizza!!! They didn’t offer us anything or say I’m sorry terrible service, terrible way to treat your customers!!!

If I could give no stars I would. Worst pizza place. The people working have no idea, the pizza is over priced, they take days, and are rude. Did I mention I tiny ranch is .50 and no sauce is included with bread sticks. Don’t even bother. Go across town to Paisanos. Their pizza is so yummy.

Stopped her on our way back from a HS baseball game in Galt. Not a lot to chose from and because we were starving decided to stop here, vs. the one in Plymouth. Next time we’ll wait. First of all the place is dirty. Sticky everywhere and the windows look like they haven’t been washed since the old building was built. Ordered salad bar. Lettuce was blah, they hardly had a selection,(corn kernels, really!?) I like the little baby corn-on-the-cobs. Beets were disgusting, soaked in vinegar taste. The kidney beans were old and slimy. Tasted rotten. I mentioned this to one of the 3 teenagers working there, and she just nodded and said okay. Looked 15 minutes later, and they were still there. On the positive side I didn’t get sick. The pizza was decent, but then I was starving and couldn’t eat the salad, so… I’ll stick to the Pizza Factory in Pleasant Valley, jus down the street.

I’m not exactly positive how to start a somewhat sore review of a place I used to be emphatic with, which has ceased to satisfy me in almost every considerable fashion. I’ve been eating here for years and started off in love with the employees, the food, and the service in terms of speed, quality, fair prices and freshness. I used to feel very appreciated as a customer and warmly welcomed to be here. More recently, they have changed the menu(while other locations of the chain have stuck with the same classics), they have an entire set of new employees that don’t seen comfortable being in a kitchen, or around my food, and don’t make me feel comfortable dealing with them. they’re prices have grown to be unreasonable, they’re specials seem to be just bait to get you in to get ripped off because they won’t give you the option of white sauce without paying 9 dollars extra for it, and they’re dishes and tables are unattended to and just plain slovenly. I feel bad writing this about i place i used to love, but unfortunately i won’t be coming here anymore, or to anymore of this chain, which is sad because i love small restaurants rather that bigger companies like round table pizza. It’s a shame to see the small business model going out the window, along with customer service that matters.

We were in town for an event, Pizza Factory website says open until 11p on Friday & Saturday. We got to Pizza Factory @ 9:30p, lights were on, neon open sign on, door was locked. Guy finally came over & said they closed early because no business. I asked him about being open until 11p, he said they closed @ 10p & was rude. Not happy at all with 5 hungry people. We would have ordered 3 – 4 pizzas plus salad bar. We drove to Jackson.

No soup for soup and salad. Greek salad ordered. 30 minutes later I overheard a lady next table over say«I didn’t order a salad» so I said I ordered a Greek Salad and again I heard the lady next table over«Oh this garlic bread must be hers too«. Then the waitress brought me a plate and the very burned garlic bread. I asked the waitress if I fixed my own salad and she said yes as she was walking away. I went to the«salad bar» and I didn’t see any Greek olives so I asked the waitress and she repeated as a question«Greek olives?». I said yes, you know, for my Greek salad… she said they only had the black olives on the salad bar. Then I asked for Feta cheese, she said we have parmesan and hands me a cup. Then I asked for vinegar and oil and she said they had Italian… lol…Italian, black olives and parmasan cheese Greek Salad! WTH?

While passing through this small town, my friend and I stopped here for a bite… we were pleasantly surprised and the service was wonderful. The only reason I’m not giving this place 5 stars is because we had ordered drinks with our pizza for endless refills at the soda fountain. When leaving my friend asked for a to-go cup and was charged full price for another soda — I understand paying but full price was a little much. Anytime we pass through town, I guarantee we’ll be stopping by again. Thanks for the wonderful experience.

In truth the pizza in this place leaves a lot to be desired but it is a popular center for parties and events, with two stories and an arcade upstairs. Kids tend to like it, and we know they will eat anything remotely resembling pizza, so it’s an ok place to take your kids. But if you want good pizza, the food is a lot better at the pizzeria in the shopping center around the curve in the road, though it’s very small and not too atmospheric so, if you’re in Ione and want pizza, you can take your pick, either atmosphere or good pizza. For me it’s all about the food, always.

Tasteless pizza! I’m not a great cook and I can make better pizza and garlic bread than that! Not worth a shot at all. Save your money, time, and appetite.

My family and I just moved to Ione from Sacramento and we are so excited to have a pizza parlor with lots of games for our little ones. This place has good pizza and lots of arcade games and rides for the little kids. It is a great place for a party. Their ice cream is inexpensive and yummy.

I has the pesto and sun-dried tomato pizza, thinking it was a healthier choice. I might have been wrong. The pizza was very oily, and the pesto tasted bland. The few bits of sun-dried tomato that were there tasted great. About the place, there appears to be an upstairs area. There is also some arcade games in the restaurant.

This was my first Pizza Factory experience, in fact I wasn’t even aware that it was a pizza chain until I looked it up online. As far as pizza chains go I was not all that impressed with the food. Pizza Factory does offer linguica as a topping so they automatically get at least 2 stars. Sadly that’s all the stars I can award on strengh of the food alone. The sauce is far too sweet(think Ragu) and the rest of the pizza cannot overcome the sauce problem(much like my late uncle Ronnie(rest his soul)). The other star comes from the fact that the whole upstairs is an arcade! Claw grab game! Video games! Only one pinball machine?! But, oh look Air hockey! +1 Star! Bottom line: This would be THE spot for a tweener’s bday party, more grown up than Chuck E Cheese, but not quite a day of welting the crap out of your friends at paintball. My recommendation, get your pizza elsewhere and smuggle it upstairs to the arcade. Anyone for a round of air hockey? Winner takes all linguica!
