Called to see if it was okay to arrive EARLY. Usually servicemen only call to say they’re running late. Arrived, rekeyed two locks and made four copies of the key in the span of 20 minutes. I knew almost exactly what my bill would be because the website is thorough and up front about costs. Fair pricing too. Paid at home using my credit card, another major plus.
On time (early), professional, friendly, did a great job, helpful website, convenient payment options… you really couldn’t ask for anything more from a locksmith! Highly recommend, would use again.
