We have been buying our Christmas trees from this place for the past 4 years. Every tree has been top notch except this year. When we got it home we noticed all the needles were falling off and it was not drinking the water we added. Needless to say we were disappointed. On a whim my wife stopped by the store on her way to the market and asked what their policy was for exchanging trees. She was shocked when she was told to simply pick out another tree to replace the one we have no questions asked. With that simple gesture we have become customers for life.
