Potentially Yours

My kids like to go thrifting and Potentially Yours is one of their favorite stops on a Saturday morning. Why Potentially Yours? Free homemade cookies! Get there early before the cookies are gone!
Inventory includes clothing, housewares, some electronics, and furniture. Fair selection of DVDs.

We wandered over to Potentially Yours after a year of infrequently driving by. Intrigued by the colorful Easter display in the front, we decided to stop in.
The store is overall what many come to expect from second hand stores, some gems strewn among items you’re not as interested in. The trinkets to the far left of the store were plentiful and where we ended up finding the majority of the potential buys. Ranging from old school phones to crochet pictures of a duck, there was plenty to look into.
The furniture is reminiscent of a smaller Goodwill, while the clothing aisle was plentiful. Not tons of great stuff, but some good vintage shirts along with some good mens and women’s clothing. A nice touch here was the maternity section — I look pregnant, while my better half actual is!
Lots of DVDs and VHS tapes — I think VHS is illegal in some countries now, but if you’ve got a tape player, this is your spot.
Middle of the road as a whole, but a fun place to stop in and look around. It’ll remind you of goodwill and is a step below Stuff ETC, though their prices are better. Worth checking out if you have an hour to kill or are in the mood for a book on how to make anythng in the microwave — we learned how to make pie!
