I love dropping in here from time to time to check out their new products. The prices are decent and they have a lot of fun items to choose from. My only complaint is that their cashiers aren’t very friendly. They rarely look me in the eyes and are ALWAYS sitting at the front counter on their phones during their shift. Definitely still worth a peek, though.

Love this place. Some things can be pricey, and I don’t know if I understand the combination of things they carry. That’s what makes it fun I guess. I love all the jewelery and dresses. Unique things you can’t get anywhere else.

I love this store, it’s a little shop in the Old Capitol Mall, and it sells a variety of things such as handmade jewelry, clothes, books, purses, kids toys, etc. They always have something new and I love to burn time and sometimes cash in here browsing while I wait for my next class or the bus. This store is really unique and I think every girl in Iowa City needs to check this store out at some point.

I dont know why im the first to write a review about this place. If you’re a girl who loves unique jewelry and other accessories, then this place is for you! This is a great place to buy gifts for your girl friends or even lil kiddies.
This is one of two stores in Iowa. It’s located inside the Old Capital Building, the other (a larger store) is located at Mount Vernon. I loved wasting time at Silver Spider as I wait for my next class. I wasted many hours looking at all the trinkets, bags, jewelry, and much much more! You won’t leave the store disappointed and always look forward to your next visit.
