Subway

Ate here with my mom yesterday. Couldn’t catch the kids name who helped us, he was wonderful and funny. Definitely a great employee. The one star comes from the female who also was working. As soon as other people showed up, he obviously needed help. He had to yell for her because she was in the back. She came up to finish our sandwiches and had the worst attitude. Normally I would give someone benefit of the doubt because we all have bad days, but I’ve been here multiple times and she has always acted like we were bothering her. Super rude, snotty, and disrespectful. When I asked for a little bit of mayo and a lot of sriracha she loaded me up with mayo, and skimped on my sriracha purposely. Then was pissed when I told her I wanted more sriracha than that. I would have much rather waited for the other guy than dealing with her.
Courtney is a huge disadvantage to this place. I will be going elsewhere.
My sandwich was uneatable due to the ungodly amount of mayo she put on it.
The place was trashed and dirty and while that nice guy cleaned it, Courtney disappeared once again.
I genuinely felt bad for him having to work with her. Hats off to you kid.

This is the dirtiest fast food restaurant I have been to in quite a while. While waiting to order I noticed the inches of packed on dust above the food prep area on the chains and in the paneling. Disgusting! I don’t think the health inspectors have been here to check on this establishment. What a shame. I don’t think the employees really care. They just continue to work in this filth.

One of the best Subways I have visited. Like other reviewers, I was relieved to find this one after having a crap experience at the Coralville one. These people make their sandwiches lovingly and are true sandwich artists. I will always tip when I see they are actually taking their time :)Much subway love

This Subway is much better than the one in Coralville, IA. This place isn’t always filled with the best people or the nicest staff but they do know how to make a good sandwich. Always putting plenty of meat and extras on every sandwich. The staff sometimes has a lot of friends or family in there during their shift hours.

This is the worst Subway I’ve ever been to. The employees are mean. One time when an employee was making my sandwhich, she mumbled a question to me with her back half turned to me. I said, «I’m sorry, what was that?» in the least confrontational manner possible. She turned to me and said in the snottiest tone possible, «I SAID, do you want your sandwhich toasted?!.» This was right after I had to wait in line behind 3 small children who I finally figured out belonged to one of the girls working and who were all getting free food. (Employees with lots of kids who use the Subway as their daycare seems to be pretty common here). I will never go back to this place and I recommend that you avoid this place.
