Two Guys Two Trucks Moving

My first move with this company was positive, but the second time around was a nightmare!
When I booked the appointment, the guy answering the phone was extremely rude and had absolutely no customer service skills. Eventually we got a date to move.
The day of the move, the movers were late. There was a younger guy who was polite and helpful, but his partner was rude, surly, and unpleasant. Like my last reviews, some things didn’t survive the move and ended up breaking.
My biggest problem with Two Guys Two Trucks Moving though was when I called in to give my feedback and complain about the older man who was helping with my move. I explained to the man at the company that I was not happy with one of the movers attitudes, and instead of being apologetic, he was argumentative and blamed me (the customer!!!) and implied I didn’t know what I was talking about and that I was just crazy.
I gave myself a couple of months to calm down, but I did want to update my review of this company. It is cheap, but you end up with some broken stuff and pissed off because the customer service is terrible.

Be careful about these reviews. Do your research! When I used them they weren’t good.
I just e-​mailed the owner, if they simply offered an apology, that would be acceptable. Not to try to marginalize my comments. Is says more about their company on how they
react to the situation. I will not be commenting anymore about this. I am moving on.

Movers were a couple of hours late due to a longer-​than-​expected move right before me, but they called ahead twice to keep me informed. I wasn’t in a hurry, but I can see how it might be stressful for someone moving on a tight deadline. They offered to comp a half-​hour due to the lateness, but I declined since there was no rush for us. All of our stuff was moved in great condition and they took special care with an antique heirloom. They were both cheerful, very helpful, and fun to have around for the move. Would definitely recommend.

On time, worked quickly & carefully. Saved me a lot of money telling me how to get a free truck through the storage unit company. Also very flexible given my tight schedule
