Dropped off a bike for a simple tune up. Was told that the shop was busy at that time of year, which is fine as I was in no particular rush. However a month later the bike still had not been touched. It had not been looked at. What bothers me most is that whenever I called for an update, the owner became progressively more rude to me. The last two times I called, he said my bike was next in line and would be done that day. But still no bike. On the last call he even said, «in the time I’ve been on the phone with you, I could have been fixing your bike!» Then why has it been a month and it still is gathering dust? This is just a simple tune up– no major repair. If he had known it would take this long, the owner should have asked me if I wanted to make an appointment. The service is pretty awful, but the owners attitude is astonishing. I really wanted to support my local bike shop, but looks like I’ll be shopping around and taking my business elsewhere.

This place is horrible. I brought a bike in for routine maintenance & it sat there for over a month without them even starting to work on it! Plus they had the audacity to get irritated with me when I called every 2 weeks to get a status update. Too bad cause we are always getting new bikes here at my business & I wanted this place to be my go to shop for all our bike needs. I am surprised at how poor their business thinking is. You’d think they would of loved to have our account. Total DBs. I’ll gladly bring my $$$ elsewhere.

Excellent. I stopped by with a small problem(slow leak on back tire). The fellow(sorry I didn’t get his name) basically dropped what he was doing and spent the next 10 – 15 minutes thoroughly checking out the tube and tire for clues to the problem and making the fix. While we waited we quizzed him on the best local trails(we’re visiting from the West Coast) and he had a lot of good suggestions. Overall a great experience.

First thing I should say is I brought in an old rusted cannondale. I had no clue how bad of shape it was in until his initial diagnosis. I explained I was on a tight budget with this one. He was fine with everything and very thorough. I am impressed with the quality of workmanship and his willingness to work on a project that may have been lees than ideal. Through the attention it received, I now have a brand new bike that happens to be 20 years old. Highly recommend for any service.

Won’t be going back. Took my bike there for a tune up, was told it would be $ 130 for tune up and cables needed replacing. They couldnt take my bike then so I brought it back a week later. A diff. guy looked at the bike, said it just needed a basic tune up for $ 70 and said it would take 2 weeks. I called on the date they said to and it wasn’t done. Called 2 days later and a guy said they just started working on it, would be done in 30 minutes, which seems pretty fast. What did I pay for? They did clean it up nicelybitty It still has the same problems as before– chain rattles and doesn’t shift well.
