Scott Networks

Scott calls me today at 10:32 and said that he reported a bad credit rating on me.
First off, I do not owe him or this company any money what so ever! Nor did I ever.
He said he has an attorney/​collection agency after me… FOR WHAT???
I asked him for his attorney’s name and would NOT give it to me… WHY NOT?
Scott then proceeded to try to get me to change my review and he would remove the bad credit report… I would love to see how the courts view that.
Every thing in my review was and is accurate and truthful.
Scott now says he will leave a bad report on my company… My review is on my experience with Scott and his company, and is Truthful.
I DO NOT recommend this company. Seems as though I am not the only one having problems with Scott Networks, its been 2 years and he comes forward now???

We had Scott come in to fix our Quick Books problem with our network. After 2 hours of head scratching and complaining about his local competitor and employees he claimed that it was fixed. It was not. As a matter of fact we had to call someone to fix the mess that he made. He sent me a bill which I refuse to pay. Now he has a collection agency coming after me. Buyer beware, don’t use this company.
I am sure he will post his rebuttal but this is all true. Take me off collections Scott and do what is right.

I bought a used laptop from Scott and it failed shortly after it’s 30 day warranty expired. He charged $ 85 to diagnose the problem and offered to repair it for $ 275 (the used laptop cost $ 300). He agreed to reduce the diagnostic charge by half, but still will not stand behind the product he sold, and clearly doesn’t feel any compunction about taking care of a local customer. We try to do business locally, in this case it’s clearly ill advised.

I had a terrible experience with Scott Networks. They sold me a «new» computer that an authorized repair shop said was «filled with junk components.» When I took the commuter back to SN to have a virus taken out of it within 2 weeks of owning it (they did the downloading), they said it would cost $ 350 to do. I got a competitor to do it for $ 150.00. The long of the short of it, within one month of buying my computer from Scott Networks, I had to literally throw the computer out and buy a new one from another source.

Just bought new Mac from Scott’s Network. So much better buying local and dealing with Scott rather than going to Apple store

Scott Networks is the neighbor and/​or friend we all wish we had next door. He’s smart, friendly, patient, helpful… and reasonably priced too. I HIGHLY recommend him for all your computer repair and networking needs!
