1nov2015 @ 1130 Bobby took our order. Nice kid. Rang it up correctly. Then the food came out. I got the 15 with no tomato and a jalapeño slider. It was wrong because of the cooks not bobby. So I took up the chicken sandwich because it’s a 5 dollar sandwich to get what I paid for. The manager took the old sandwich and told the kitchen to get me a new one. However so blamed the mistake on bobby in front of me and two other customers. A second order came out of the kitchen wrong as well. The manager was rude and didn’t handle the situation correctly. Arby’s needs to thank bobby for making my visit right. Without him it would be a 1 star day.

Been eating here for years. If its not Sour sweet tea. its leaving something out of your order. Went there this evening and received a chicken bacon swiss that was old and stale. like it had been sitting out for hours. when i bit into it i could barely chew. Last time i ever eat there. i personally would avoid this location. Shame on management. and Preston Sims.

Great location and great service. Just the thing if you’re looking to grab a quick bite at a reputable Arby’s. The staff are always friendly, and the soda is self-serve. Food quality is consistent, and requests for fresh fries are always honored. Highly recommend this location.

Food is great service sucks. They use to put packets of sauces in your bag. Now they ask you and if they fail to you end up with nothing. My wife just bought sandwiches for a sick relative who asked for Arby’s. She stops buys them gets to hospital and nothing, no sauces of any kind are in the bag. What go all the way back? Waste of time and energy Guess I cross them off my list of fast food restaurants.
