This has been my neighborhood grocery store since I can remember. Their prices are excellent are are equivalent to Walmart’s or cheaper. The people who work there are usually high school kids from the community. It really feels more like a family-​run local grocery store than part of a chain. You’re not going to get a lot of variety or more extravagant brands because that’s not what they do. I wish they had a slightly higher quality meat section, but the customer service is great. The store is clean, well-​stocked, and not too crowded.

I like the fact that Bi-​Lo is very close to my home, but the quality of the products are a big concern; on 3 separate occassions I had to return items such as milK, brown sugar, tea because was expired or very spoiled. Health-​wise that’s a big problem. The cashiers and other employees are very friendly and helpful.
