Blue Flour

We found this place on Unilocal during a road trip. They were nice at the counter and everything we ordered was delicious! Don’t let «bakery» fool you– their quiches were one of the best things we ate. It was surprising to know that they baked everything fresh on premises.

You will not get better tasting cookies, muffins, pimento cheese anywhere on the planet! The people who work here are soooo nice! Excellent coffee as well… I’m addicted

How good are these cookies? I’m in New York sending them to people in Dallas, Texas. And the people couldn’t be nicer. Love this place.

Great variety small bake shop.
Had huge sugar cookies for Halloween but $ 6.50 a piece? How about some smaller versions for us «cheap» sweets kinda peeps?
Great drink variety.
Clean. Friendly staff.
Restroom is very small.
I enjoy hibiscus tea and raspberry thumbprints.

This is way better than Starbucks! We liked Blue Flour, but weren’t wowed. My husbands medium roast was good, my pecan roast was amazing (I added cinnamon, sugar in the raw, and a touch of cream). The pumpkin chocolate chip muffin was tasty, it would have been 10x better and if they had warmed it up (they didn’t offer). I really liked the raspberry thumbprint cookie, just wish it hadn’t been the only thing my daughter, who is allergic to cinnamon, could eat for breakfast there. (Not buying a whole quiche for a one year old) We will be back, the quiches and cinnamon rolls looked amazing, and I’ll be back for that delicious Greenville– roasted pecan coffee!

Love this bakery! Every pastry, quiche, biscuit, cookie, and coffee I’ve had from here has been out off this world delicious. I love supporting local businesses and this bakery really has got it going on.

Oh. My. Soul. The treats from Blue Flour are simply amazing! I «smuggled» some of the beautiful sugar cookies across the border and back to Texas… where my friends fell in love with them as well. I sure hope you ship because we’re going to NEED more cookies from Blue Flour!

Have you ever ordered something intriguing, expecting it to be good, but then are knocked sideways with how truly sublime the flavors are? Rosemary shortbread from the Blue Flour.
This little bakery has become my happy place. And it’s not all sweets. There are quiches for bkfast and lunch, and the best pimento cheese I ever had. Sorry, Gramma.

Delicious yummy goodness that you can taste that it is crafted with love and culinary genius. I haven’t had anything yet that wasn’t great!

We really enjoyed these nice ladies salted brownie, Chocolate chip toffee cookie, good conversation and other tasty treats at the Soda City Market. I will have to get several of those cookies to go next time because they were so damn scrumptious and good. Blue Flour have a location in Irmo I must visit one day too!

I have been here multiple times! This place is delightful, staff is wonderful, baked goods are devine, good coffee! Win win!

I love this place. The sugar cookies are the best ever, and the huge chocolate chip cookies … I totally want one right now just thinking about it.

Blue Flour is THE place for your cookie and baked goodie cravings! The cookies are enormous and made fresh daily. You can never stio in for just one thing… everything is so tempting. The owner, Teri puts a smile on my face every time I see her. Make sure to try a quiche (the Lorraine is fabulous) if it’s available. If you follow Blue Flour on Facebook, Teri lusts what is fresh from the oven each day. One more thing… the chocolate ganache cupcakes are to die for!!!

LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this bakery! The owner is super nice. I love the honey lemon ginger cookies. SO GOOD! She made beautiful cookies for us to enjoy for the MS Walk in April. They had the MS ribbon on them and turned out beautiful.
The place is clean and cozy with a warm atmosphere. The food is melt in your mouth delicious. I love to pop in and grab goodies when I am in the area. Worth stopping in for a visit, but be forewarned you might become addicted!

Stopped in after seeing them mentioned in an article in The State about local bakeries. Interior is cozy and fun. And the confections are a delight to the eyes as well as the taste buds. I tried the honey ginger lemon cookie and it was terrific. Will def be back to sample some of the other goodies.

The owner loves what she does and it shows! She has such a big heart and let me in even after she closed without hesitation. She cooks with canola oil or butter; nothing artificial. The pumpkin chocolate chip muffins were moist even late in the afternoon… Not too sweet… Simply and perfectly wonderful! Great presentation. The place is very tidy and clean. It’s a place you want to come often because of the friendliness and amazingly wonderful goodies. (Update: I’ve been there twice now and I’m looking for that «sixth» star to give this place. I can’t over emphasize the «high» in quality! They have a lot of unique concepts and also list all of the ingredients on their packaging so you know exactly what you are getting.)

Coffee cake muffin was moist and tender and the coffee crumble interior was great. You know how people eat muffin tops and leave the bottoms for others? Well, you don’t have this problem here because the whole muffin is actually tasty and the flavor is even throughout. However, I wished it had just a *touch* more coffee flavor to it. Cinnamon roll was just the way I like it! Moist all the way through without being flaky on the outside. When they say «big» cookies, they mean it. Their cookies are huge! Toffee bar $ 3. Also do custom sugar cookies which looked really cute. Ample parking space in the adjacent lot. Open T-​F 10am-​5pm and Saturday 9am-​2pm. Major plus: Credit cards accepted.
Will update my review later once I’ve tried the lemon honey ginger cookie, toffee bar and sweet potato pound cake. Can’t wait!
