Full Steam

I spoke to Fred who said he was the owner. I got a pretty in depth story as to what other companies he owns and how expensive his carpet cleaning equipment was… This should have sent off alarm bells in my head but I was still fuming about how Stanley steamer was unable to honor my originally scheduled appointment time… anyway we set a price. 130 for two small rooms and a queen sized mattress. Not bad until I saw the quality of the work. At first I didn’t notice it but the carpets appeared to still be slightly dingy and had a musky odor. I allowed a few days for them to dry but neither the odor or the dingyness went away. I decided to give it a go with my Bissell for shits and giggles figuring I wouldn’t get much out of it being that it had already been treated by a «professional». How wrong I was. I’ve tried to contact him since and have yet to get a response but I’ll attach some pics of the sludge water my cheap little amateur hour Bissell pulled out of the carpet AFTER it was «professionally cleaned». I hope he can make good on this or this review will be posted everywhere.
