Sassy Nails

I asked for a full set, they me an acrylic set with a get overlay… Not how it’s supposed to be done!!! I came in with all intentions of getting white tips and after she glued on 3 tips she asked me if I wanted polish or French. I said french… Then she tried to take off the tips she just put on and I told her no that I didn’t want my nails ruined over a color difference!
So I made it clear that I like my nails to look as close to natural and possible. She didn’t clean my nail beds or cuticle area at all and she never filed down the nails on top so it looks like my nails are 3 inches think and after having the nails on for 3 days it looks like I need a fill in bad!
I called and left a message 2 days ago with my concerns and got no response back from anyone. So much for getting my nails done for my cruise I guess I will have to go somewhere else to get them redone! Thanks so much sassy nails I will never be back!!!

I called and made an appointment for a pedicure. They said the time I requested was good. I arrived on time to see all the pedicure chairs full. They told me to sit down and wait. I waited 20 minutes past the appointment time. They still weren’t even on polish with any of the people in the chairs after 20 minutes so I got up and left. No one ever said anything like «we’re running late…». I will never come back here again.

First visit today and although they were very busy with prom and Mother’s Day weekend I didn’t have to wait long. Very nice nail techs and other clients were pleasant as well. They do take appointments and walk-​ins both. See you all again soon!
