Office Depot

When I headed out this morning to see if I could find a new power cord for my laptop, I was really just hoping that they would have what I needed and that it would solve my computer issues (I was a bit apprehensive that there might be more wrong than just the power source). I have been going to this location for various office supplies, off and on since they’ve been open, and never had anything nice to say except it’s convenient to home/​work and has what most office supply locations have. I have NEVER once felt that service was that good. There must have been a change in management, because there is a new crew and they are great!
I was very pleasantly surprised by the attitude and helpfulness of the employees. As I walked in, Tim greeted me and asked if he could assist. I explained what I needed and he went to straight to it (probably would have taken me 15 minutes of cruising the aisle). He insisted on checking my existing power cord to make sure that it was in fact not working, and then took it one step further by taking the new cord out of the box and testing to make sure it worked.
He then turned me over the check-​out girl, who was also very nice and smiled and thanked me for coming in.
I hope they keep these folks around!
