I’ve had a number of U-​Haul experiences and they can be hit or miss.
My experience with this particular location was a hit! The employees were very friendly, my selected rental was ready at the said time (and clean), and the return check-​in was seamless.
Now, if only they could relay their tactics to other locations across the country.
