Easy spot for business professionals visiting or working at The Michelson to grab a coffee, snack or sandwich. You can order online to make it convenient and fast when you pick up your order. They offer Starbucks Coffee and Coca Cola products. When my company first moved into The Michelson, this place was on the rage. The customer service was top notch and the quality of food was impeccable. Fast forward 4 years and the quality of food and customer service has deteriated as 24 Carrots has opened up other locations in the area and not focused on maintaining the same quality of customer service it had. There has been a revolving door of staff over the last few years, as staff members that do their jobs well here are often promoted to their other locations or move on to better, higher paying service industry jobs with other competitors. In the past year, I’ve had food poisoning twice from this location after eating their sandwiches. One time, it was so bad that I had to take 2 days off work to fully recover. As I have read other reviews on this page, I’ve noticed that a few other Unilocalers have had similar issues or have known a coworker that has received the same issue. These food poisoning incidents have made me a healthier person and helped me save some money, as I now prepare & bring my own lunch to work instead of purchasing any lunch products from this location. I still occasionally grab a coffee from here in the AM, strictly because of its convenience to my work. 24 Carrots at The Michelson is open M-F 7AM — 4PM and closed on national holidays. The location offers a loyalty rewards program. You have to manually check in each time you visit and are able to redeem your«points» aka visits for coffees or sandwiches.

I want to like this place but they’ve messed up too many times. The staff is nice but quality control is far from good. Once I ordered the tuna pack and the tuna was literally frozen and the cheese was stale. I went back to exchange it and the next one looked good, but same thing. I put my fork into the tuna and it was rock hard. Another time I ordered the holiday sandwich from the specials menu and the top bread was in THREE separate pieces and rock hard and the whole thing fell apart as soon as I unwrapped it. Can’t a brotha just get a little decent food around here. Smh.

The service is great, the food is good. It’s the best option if you’re close by and want some fresh, fast food. I work in the building and appreciate a convenient option for coffee and a quick bite. The sandwiches and hamburgers are safe options. The Veggie Sandwich is surprisingly good.

I have to give this place a one star rating for a few incidents. First, one of my good friends and co-worker got really bad food poisoning from one of the chicken sandwiches. He ended up leaving work early and had to take the rest of the week off he was so sick. Second, one of my other co-workers found mold on her bread one month ago and today I was sold an expired yogurt. These incidents are a true testament of how clean their kitchen is and I would never recommend this place to anyone for breakfast or lunch.

This place is really good, but they close at 3pm, not 4, and they stop making sandwiches before they even close. They should really update their online hours information and give people a heads up. This is obviously a hangry review, but other than that their food is really great and fresh. I suggest the turkey and muenster with added avocado or the quinoa wrap.

The prices here were already on the steep side, I understand why because you pay for the convenience. But the prices went up and portions went down, I am done going here.

I haven’t been here in a while. So I order a frap & it was watery. Person behind counter doesn’t know how to make a frap. Really sad when offer them, but don’t know how to make them.

Food is decent, price is above average, service or register employee’s are just horrendous. I don’t write reviews, nor do I ever complain about bad service at a restaurant, but boy is it just flat out disappointing. I’ve been there approximately 60 times and my order has been correct less than half the time. This weeks mishaps: 1. Order a salad to go and find out there’s no salad dressing. Should of checked, but c’mon. 2. Order two tacos and it takes 20 minutes(a man ordered 4 tacos 10 minutes after me and got his order at the same time. Do they need a large enough order to begin making tacos? I don’t understand.) 3. Order a cup of clam chowder, that’s it. Got Tomato Bisque. Enjoy! And, think of it as comical when you experience something similar at 24 Carrots, it helps.

Very convenient since I work at this building, but food is very pricey! Friendly staff, great quality of food! The greatest thing is you can order online, pay online, pick a time and pick it up at your desire time fast!!!

This place is a good in-office sandwich shop if you’re working at the Michelson and don’t want to leave. Their sandwiches are fresh and good, and tend to be a little better than your standard fare– they have gourmet cheeses like Muenster, Gouda, etc. Prices are reasonable, but if buying drinks or snacks, get them from the vending machines on the 20th floor– they’re cheaper.

Love this place. I work in the Hyundai capital building so their location’s proximity to me coupled with their easy online ordering process makes it a no brainer. Friendly staff who know you by name. LOVE the red pepper soup but they only have it about once or twice a month for some reason.

The lunch is good, but they have no way of letting you know the soup of the day. They serve Starbucks Coffee which is amazing however, they don’t fill your cup even close to the top. If I pay $ 5for a coffee I deserve $ 5 worth of coffee. This has happened to me twice now and it happens to everyone else I talk to. Either they’re too lazy to make it right or to cheap! Doing Starbucks no justice!

Most buildings have built-in breakfast/lunch shops these days. This one is a little more upscale serving Starbucks coffee and wide variety of selections for a small shop. I believe most of the bakery items come from Starbucks and are displayed the same way. Breakfast sandwiches come on a choice of sourdough, croissant, english muffin or tortilla. There is also steel cut oatmeal, quiches, yogurt and fresh fruit. Lunch includes daily specials, classic sandwiches(tuna, roast beef and cheddar, etc.) on a choice of breads, «cold» sandwiches(turkey and cranberries, beef and bleu, etc.), hot sandwiches(toasted cheese, grilled chicken and mushroom, etc.), flatbread pizzas(quattro formaggio, mediterranean and bbq chicken), salads(organic spinach & bacon, asian chicken salad, etc.), soups(du jour and tomato-basil bisque) and a selection of sides. For $ 2.95 more you can make it a meal by adding side and a drink, there are also soup and half sandwich combos. I have had the breakfast sandwich on sourdough and the roast beef & cheddar sandwich several times and they always hit the spot. It is nice if you need a quick lunch and don’t want to walk or drive to a restaurant. The service is friendly and relatively quick. If you work in the building you can call head and have your order waiting for you. This is definitely one of the better in-building sandwich shops.

I know what you’re thinking — 4 stars for a sandwich shop in a corporate building? Yes. I’m here a few days of the week. It’s fast. The menu is big enough to vary your selections. The people behind the counter remember you. And the food is tasty!
