A Classy Case

I love A Classy Case. It is so nice to work with a company that is professional, affordable and provides exceptional gifts to my clients! I truly felt that they understood how important my clients are to me, and every gift basket reflected my true appreciation for their business as well as catered to each of my clients unique tastes! I also love that the baskets had a beautiful ribbon with my logo, which was such a special personal touch.

This place is all about customer service. I am not often wowed by people being nice and helpful but Tracy was amazing. I needed to send something to a client who in the hospital and wasn’t quite sure what to get. I called up and Tracy answered who must be one of the most pleasant, helpful people I have spoken with in a while. She was incredibly patient and went above and beyond. They are located in Orange county but can ship anywhere. I wish every time I needed some sort of service I could work with a company like this —

Great customer service! Tracey goes above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect! ! She recently worked hard on an order I put in then I realized I misunderstood some pricing and let her know I wasn’t able to purchase the products this month and she was completely understanding and even told me that there were other items that I might be interested in and that she would be willing to help me when I was ready! I really appreciated that and wish more companies could have her same attitude! ! I also had her deliver two baskets to potential clients last month and called her the same day I needed them delivered. She was so on top it and made it happen and the baskets were amazing! Love the get well package, we order these at work whenever someone is hospitalized. It is a nice gesture to receive a thoughtful gift after surgery or an illness, so I know they love it even more that it’s a «Doctor’s kit» with all the yummy snacks that will help them feel better. The online ordering is easy, and they send confirmation emails promptly when the order is sent.

Ask and you shall receive! This has become my «go to» for corporate gift baskets. Since I need these monthly, and always for a different person, I simply call or email Tracy with a brief description of what I’m looking for, the budget and she immediately confirms and fulfills the order to my exact specifications. She is very professional, courteous and will hand deliver personally to my office. She goes above and beyond to make exceptional baskets that everyone always loves! Tracy was such a joy to work with over this past holiday season. I needed to send a special bottle of wine to a client but wanted a nice presentation and not just a pre-​packaged gift basket. She worked within my budget, picked up the wine from the wine store, created a beautiful basket and shipped it to the client. The client raved about the presentation.
